Before you choose
There is no half-and-half builder. A shop that sells half-and-half pizzas can add a required "Second half" group to the pizza. The options are the flavours, with a price difference where one costs more. It works, but it is a workaround and the customer sees a normal choice list.
An option adds one flat price on every size. Extra cheese costs the same on a small and a large. If you price toppings by size, list each size as its own item with its own groups. Sizes themselves can each have their own price.
Deals
Coupons start on Lite at $9 a month. Buy X get Y is on Pro at $39 a month. A combo is an ordinary item with its own price; there is no separate combo builder.
Percentage off or a flat amount, with a code or applied automatically. Set a minimum order, a cap on a percentage discount, a limit per customer, chosen days, and delivery, pickup or dine-in only. Apply it to the whole order, a category or chosen dishes.
Buy two pizzas and get a free garlic bread, or a free drink above a spend. A deal can name a whole dish or one size of it, so only a large pizza counts. The reward is a free item, a percentage or a flat amount, and you can limit how often one order earns it.
Regulars collect points, and customers get a review request after an order. Loyalty program covers how points work.
"You will love pairing it with" shows under a pizza once it is in the cart. It costs nothing to set up and needs no deal.
Delivery and pickup
Decide where you deliver and what it costs. An address outside your area is stopped at checkout, before the customer pays.
Set a delivery radius. On Lite you can also draw delivery areas on a map, or search an area by name and use its outline. Where a radius applies, a customer outside it is offered takeaway instead.
Charge a flat fee. Lite adds fees by distance: a first-km charge plus a rate per km, or price bands. Set a minimum order, and free or reduced delivery above a cart value within a distance.
Set shop hours, breaks and holiday exceptions. Run delivery and takeaway for only part of the day, for example delivery from 6 pm while pickup starts at noon.
Use the rider app with live tracking for your own drivers, or the delivery partners Shiprocket and Adloggs. Takeaway uses the same menu, and table ordering covers dine-in by QR code. A second order from the same table joins the open bill. More in delivery management.
Pre-orders and busy nights
Let customers book a time, know the moment an order lands, and stop taking orders when the oven is full.
Customers choose a day and time for delivery or takeaway. You set the minimum notice, how many days ahead and the time slots. A slot can be required, or offered as "Book a slot" beside ASAP. It can apply to every order or only to chosen dishes, such as a party-size pizza that needs a day's notice. There is no limit on the number of orders in one slot.
Every new order rings on the dashboard and the partner app for Android and iPhone until someone accepts it. Auto-accept is available and staff logins are unlimited. On Pro, a missed order also sends a WhatsApp alert to the owner.
Print a KOT, and choose the status at which it prints on its own. The customer's note, such as "Any special requests for the chef?", travels with the order.
Switch the store off from the dashboard header and the storefront stops taking orders, with a banner on screen until you switch it back on. To keep selling, mark one size or topping out of stock instead.
What it costs
Menuthere has three prices and takes 0% commission on all of them. Free is $0 and includes 50 orders a month, unlimited items, sizes and add-ons, your ordering website, QR codes, takeaway, delivery and dine-in. After 50 orders the menu is view-only until the 1st, or until you upgrade. Lite is $9 a month and Pro is $39 a month, both with a 7-day free trial. Payment gateways charge their own fee. See pricing.

A worked example, not a typical shop: at 1,000 card orders of $10 or more in a month, Slice's $3.00 fee alone is $3,000, on top of its $39 membership and card processing. Menuthere Pro is $39 a month with no per-order fee. Card processing is charged separately on both. For what delivery apps take, see commission-free online ordering and Uber Eats US.
Moving systems
GloriaFood's own homepage says it will reach end of life on 30 April 2027. If your pizza shop takes orders through it, you need a new system before then.
Menuthere imports a GloriaFood menu with its sizes as sizes and its option groups as add-on groups, including which are required and how many a customer can choose. You create a "Fetch Menu" key in GloriaFood and paste it into the menu import, or upload the file. Anything that does not carry over is listed, and there are no photos in the GloriaFood feed. The steps are on the GloriaFood alternative page.
Coming from another system? AI import builds the menu from a photo, PDF, Instagram or Google link.
