iFood charges restaurants in Brazil 23% of the order on its Plano Entrega, when iFood's couriers deliver, and 12% on its Plano Básico, when you deliver yourself. Orders paid in the app carry a further 3.2% fee, and there's a monthly fee of R$110 (Básico) or R$150 (Entrega) in any month your iFood sales pass R$1,800.

Monthly fee

Customer service fee
iFood charges customers R$0.99 to R$2.49 an order. iFood keeps it; it isn't part of your commission.

Worth knowing
Exclusivity (CADE). Under its 2023 settlement with CADE, Brazil's competition authority, iFood may not sign exclusive deals with chains of 30 or more restaurants. Exclusive restaurants may make up at most 25% of its sales nationally and 8% of its restaurants in cities of over 500,000 people, and most exclusive deals last at most two years, followed by a year without one. There's no cap on commission.
iFood's partner blog says rates can vary by region and type of business, and that the commission and monthly fee can't be renegotiated. Your own rate is in your contract, in the Partner Portal.
Rivals are undercutting iFood: 99Food returned in 2025 offering new restaurants a year without commission, Rappi dropped its commission for three years in May 2025, and Keeta, owned by China's Meituan, launched in October 2025 promising lower rates.
iFood had about 80% of Brazil's food delivery market in 2025, according to Abrasel, the restaurant association.
Uber and iFood agreed in May 2025 to show iFood's restaurants in the Uber app's delivery tab, starting with selected cities.
