Rappi's fee page for Brazil lists two plans. Deliver the orders yourself and you pay no commission, only a fixed 3.5% fee on each order that covers payment processing, plus R$40 to sign up; let Rappi's couriers deliver and it takes 27% of each sale, plus R$150 to sign up. Rappi announced zero commission for all its restaurants in May 2025, for three years, so ask which applies to you before you sign.

Card processing

Sign-up fee
R$40 if you deliver yourself, taken from your first payout; R$150 if Rappi delivers, payable in up to 10 instalments of R$15.
Payouts
Twice a month: orders up to the 15th are paid on the 8th of the next month, and the rest on the 23rd.

Worth knowing
Rappi announced the offer with Abrasel, the restaurant association, in May 2025, and said every restaurant on the app would be on it from 31 July 2025, for three years. Its Brazil CEO said Rappi's fee had averaged 17% before.
In return, Rappi asks restaurants for their best menu prices and for exclusive offers in the app.
The top of Rappi's fee page promises no commission on sales, only the 3.5% fee; its plan list below that still charges 27% per sale when Rappi delivers. Ask Rappi which applies before you sign.
