Ownly, Rapido's food delivery app, charges restaurants in India no commission. Its restaurant terms say it takes no commission, listing fee, delivery fee or charge of any kind, and passes on the full order value minus taxes it must withhold by law. Some press reports describe a subscription fee, so check your order form.

If cancellations you cause pass 0.5% of your orders in a month, Ownly may charge a penalty it sets. If disputed orders pass 5% in a month, you may have to refund them in full or in part.
Subscription (reported)
Business Standard and BusinessLine describe a subscription fee instead of commission, but no amount has been published, and Ownly's terms say it charges nothing of any kind.

Worth knowing
Ownly began testing in parts of Bengaluru in August 2025, launched across the city in March 2026, moved inside the main Rapido app in July 2026 and opened in Hyderabad in September 2026.
Rapido first proposed, in June 2025, a flat subscription fee plus restaurant-paid delivery within 4 km: ₹25 plus GST on orders of ₹100 to ₹400, and ₹50 above that. MediaNama reported in March 2026 that it had dropped the subscription; reports in July and September 2026 still describe one.
Rapido told restaurants in March 2026 that it would not earn money at first, and Ownly's terms can change with or without notice.
Ownly had about 25,000 restaurants in Bengaluru in July 2026 and passed 50,000 orders a day there by September, about a tenth of the city's food delivery orders, Storyboard18 reported, citing Moneycontrol.
