Robinhood doesn't publish a rate card in Thailand. In September 2026 it announced a GP (commission) of 10.5%, with no extra advertising fees, under a model meant to let restaurants charge their in-store prices on the app; its previous rate, reported since late 2024, was 28%.

VAT on the commission
Yes, going by MGR Online, which listed Robinhood's 28% in August 2026 as a rate before 7% VAT. The September 2026 announcement doesn't mention VAT. A VAT-registered restaurant can usually claim it back.

Worth knowing
Robinhood launched in 2020 as a no-GP app backed by SCB. SCBX planned to close it in July 2024 after years of losses, then put it up for sale; under its new owner, the Yip In Tsoi group, it began charging GP.
Robinhood says more than 5,000 restaurants showed interest in the new model within a month, and that it pays riders from ฿37 a job.
GrabFood and LINE MAN together held close to 90% of Thailand's food delivery market by value in 2025, MGR Online reported.
