ShopeeFood charges restaurants in Thailand a GP (commission) of about 30% to 32% of the order, plus 7% VAT on the fee; its own worked examples use 32%. The fee is worked out on the food price including VAT.

ShopeeFood lists no separate card fee.
VAT on the commission
Yes. ShopeeFood's fee excludes VAT, and it deducts 7% VAT on the fee as well: in its example, a 32% fee on a ฿300 order is ฿96 plus ฿6.72 VAT. A VAT-registered restaurant can usually claim it back.
Payouts
The next day once your balance after the fee and VAT reaches ฿200, and otherwise on the 1st of the next month.

ShopeeFood charges its fee on the food price including your VAT, after any discount you fund; delivery-fee support you pay is not charged the fee.
ShopeeFood is Thailand's next-biggest app after GrabFood and LINE MAN, which together held close to 90% of the market by value in 2025, MGR Online reported.
