ShopeeFood doesn't publish its commission in Indonesia; its merchant terms only say a service fee, including VAT, comes off each order. Merchant guides put it at about 20%, within a range of 15% to 25%, so these figures are approximate.

The rates
Your own agreement with ShopeeFood sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. ShopeeFood agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your ShopeeFood payout statement is the source of truth. Worth knowing
Driver commission cap. Since 1 July 2026 a presidential regulation caps what apps take from motorbike passenger fares at 8%. It covers rides, not the commission restaurants pay.
ShopeeFood's merchant terms say its service fee already includes VAT (PPN), and it reimburses the 2% income tax (PPh 23) that companies withhold from the fee.
hitungcerdas says ShopeeFood often offers new merchants 0% commission for their first months.
