How does a QR table order reach my kitchen?
Updated 2 October 2026
The guest scans the table QR, picks dishes and sends the order. It shows on your order screen with the table, ready for the kitchen.
- No app is needed. Guests use the phone camera.
- Square, for example, sends QR orders to its point of sale and on to the kitchen printer or screen.
- Each QR code is tied to a table, so staff know where to take the food.
- Test an order yourself before you go live.
Orders ring in your kitchen
Menuthere table QR codes open your menu for dine-in orders. Each order rings in the partner app and shows in the dashboard until your team accepts it.
