Can diners order from the table on WhatsApp?

Yes. Put a WhatsApp QR code on your tables. It opens a chat with your number, and a pre-filled message can carry the table number.
- The WhatsApp Business app gives you a QR code made for signage or table tents. It doesn't expire unless you reset it.
- Make one link per table, with the table number in the ?text= part of a wa.me link, then turn each link into a QR code.
- Repeat the table number in your confirmation, so a mix-up is caught before the food goes out.
- At busy times, a QR code that opens a menu page saves staff from typing every order into the chat.
Let each table order from its own QR
Put a Menuthere QR code on each table. Diners open the menu and order from their seat, and the order rings on the partner app until staff accept it. If the table orders again, the new items join the open bill.
