Can I send a WhatsApp menu message to a customer who has not messaged me?

No. A multi-product menu message, which shows up to 30 dishes from your catalog, can only be sent inside a chat that already exists.
- Not a notification: Meta says multi-product messages cannot be sent as notifications.
- Up to 30 dishes: one menu message shows up to 30 products from your catalog.
- So the customer must message you first, for example by scanning your WhatsApp QR code or tapping your link.
- Put the QR on tables, packaging and your Google profile so customers start the chat themselves.
Start every chat with the menu ready
When a customer sends Hi to your own WhatsApp number, they get an Order Now button that opens your Menuthere menu already signed in. The chat always starts from the customer, so the menu is always allowed.
