Can my outlets share one WhatsApp catalog?

Yes. You can upload only one catalog per WhatsApp Business account, but the same catalog can belong to several phone numbers.
- So: every outlet number under one account shows the same menu.
- Limit: if prices or items differ by outlet, a shared catalog will not fit.
- Create it with the Commerce API or Meta Commerce Manager.
- Numbers: new business portfolios start capped at two registered numbers, raised to 20 on verification or a 2,000 messaging limit.
Keep each outlet's orders separate
A brand with several outlets manages them from one Menuthere account and shows customers an outlet picker. Each outlet keeps its own orders, without rebuilding the menu for each chat number.
