Yes. On the WhatsApp Business Platform one business can register several numbers. A new business portfolio starts with a cap of two.
- Cap: new business portfolios are limited to two registered numbers.
- Raise: Meta raises the cap to 20 automatically once the business is verified or reaches a messaging limit of 2,000.
- One number per outlet keeps chats and staff separate.
Run every outlet from one account
Several outlets can run from one Menuthere account. Customers of a multi-outlet brand get an outlet picker before they order, so each outlet's orders stay separate.
