How many staff can use one WhatsApp Business number?

The WhatsApp Business app allows one phone plus up to four linked devices at a time. Meta Verified plans raise the limit to as many as 10 devices.

• Linked devices work without your phone online, but log out if your phone is unused for over 14 days.
• Linked devices are disconnected after 30 days of inactivity.
• On a linked device you can't create or view broadcast lists, add or delete Status, or share live location.
• Meta Verified plans allow 4, 6, 8 or 10 linked devices, depending on the plan, where they are offered.
• On the API, chats go through a provider's inbox or bot software instead of linked devices.
