How do I turn on the greeting message in WhatsApp Business?

Open Tools > Greeting message in the WhatsApp Business app, turn on Send greeting message, edit the text and choose who receives it.
- The greeting goes out when a customer first messages you.
- It goes out again when a customer messages you after 14 days of silence.
- It needs an internet connection on your phone to send.
- It is switched off automatically while Meta Business Agent is connected.
