About can be 139 characters and Description 512. These are the business profile limits on the WhatsApp Business Platform (API).

• Address up to 256 characters and email up to 128.
• Up to 2 websites, 256 characters each, starting with http:// or https://.
• About cannot be empty. Links in About show as text and are not clickable.
• Put the key things first: what you sell, your area, opening hours, and your ordering link as one of the websites.
