What do I lose in the WhatsApp Business app when I connect the API?

When one number runs on both the Business app and the API, broadcast lists are turned off and some features stop in one-to-one chats.
- Broadcast lists: disabled, and you cannot create new ones.
- One-to-one chats: disappearing messages, view-once messages and live location are turned off.
- Offers to past customers then go out as API messages instead, which are charged per message.
- Plan your offers before you connect the API.
Send offers from your own number
Offers and comeback messages to past customers are sent from Menuthere on your own WhatsApp number, so you do not need broadcast lists.
