The connection is dropped after about 14 days without use of the main Business app phone, or about 30 days for a linked companion device.
- Main phone: about 14 days of inactivity disconnects the account.
- Linked device: about 30 days of inactivity.
- Open the Business app on the main phone now and then.
- Keep the phone charged and the SIM active if you rely on the app.
