What happens to my WhatsApp catalog if I move back to the normal WhatsApp app?

Your catalog does not come with you. You can move a number back to WhatsApp Messenger, but catalog items and collections cannot be transferred.
- You can move a number between the two apps. You cannot use the same number on both at once.
- Catalog items and collections are not transferred when you move from Business to Messenger.
- Keep a copy of your menu outside WhatsApp before you switch.
Keep your menu if you switch apps
Your Menuthere menu lives on your own ordering link. It stays even if your WhatsApp catalog is lost when you switch apps.
