Just Eat charges restaurants in the UK 14% of the order when you deliver with your own drivers and 30% when Just Eat delivers, with 20% VAT added to the commission. It doesn't publish a separate rate for collection orders.

Just Eat's sign-up page doesn't mention a card fee. Check your agreement.
VAT on the commission
Yes. Just Eat's own worked example adds 20% VAT to its commission: a £20 order at 14% costs £2.80 plus 56p VAT. A VAT-registered restaurant can usually reclaim it.
Joining fee
Just Eat's sign-up page contradicts itself: its FAQ says joining is free, while the step after sign-up says £295 plus VAT, taken from your takings. Check your agreement.
