Can customers see my WhatsApp catalog without saving my number?

Yes. Customers do not need to save your number. Once they open a chat with you, the shopping button on the chat screen takes them to your catalog.

• A click to chat link opens a chat without the number being saved. Your short link and QR code work the same way.
• The shopping button shows in the chat once you have a catalog. Customers can also open the catalog from your business profile.
• Share the catalog or one item as a link. It opens in WhatsApp; from email or a browser, customers choose how to open it.
• The catalog link is generated for you and can't be customised.
• Saving does matter for broadcast lists: only people who saved your number receive them.
