Can I send WhatsApp order updates in Arabic, Hindi or another language?

Yes. Message templates on the WhatsApp Business API support many languages, including English (en), Hindi (hi) and Arabic (ar).
- Regional variants exist too, such as English US (en_US), Spanish Mexico (es_MX) and Arabic Egypt (ar_EG).
- Check Meta's language table for your language before you write the template.
- Free text replies inside the 24-hour window are not tied to a template language.
