Does turning on Meta's AI assistant switch off my greeting and away messages?

Yes. Greeting messages are automatically disabled when Meta Business Agent is connected, and away messages are disabled when the AI is onboarded.

• The AI may also limit broadcast lists and disappearing messages.
• It is only available in limited countries to select businesses.
• Check which features you use before you switch it on.
• Test your greeting after any change.
