How do I add a WhatsApp button to my Google listing?

Add your WhatsApp Business number to your Google Business Profile. Google then shows a WhatsApp click to chat button in Search and Maps, and customers who tap it land in a chat with you.
- In your profile go to Edit profile, then Contact, open the arrow in the Chat section and select WhatsApp.
- Paste your WhatsApp click to chat link, which is wa.me/ followed by your full number, and tap Save.
- The number must be a valid WhatsApp Business number in international format.
- You can add more than one WhatsApp Business number to the same profile.
- No Google Business Profile yet? Create one first, then add WhatsApp.
Send Google visitors straight to your menu
