WhatsApp keeps Cloud API messages for at most 30 days, and only to run the service, for example to resend a message.
- Maximum: 30 days of retention for the Cloud API's basic functions such as retransmissions.
- This is not an archive for you. Do not rely on it as your order history.
- Keep your own record of each order: items, total, address and time.
- Export or save anything you need for accounts or disputes.
