What size of menu PDF or photo can I send to customers on WhatsApp?

On the API: images up to 5 MB, PDFs up to 100 MB. Video and audio can be up to 16 MB each.
- Images: JPEG and PNG, up to 5 MB each.
- Documents: PDF, up to 100 MB.
- Video and audio: MP4 or 3GP video up to 16 MB, audio up to 16 MB.
- Media uploaded through the API stays for 30 days unless you delete it earlier. Business app limits were not checked.
- Keep the menu PDF small and re-send it after each price change, or share one link instead.
