Why do customers see my number instead of my restaurant's name on WhatsApp?

Only Official Business Accounts show the business name to people who have not saved your number. Other accounts show the contact name a customer saved, or your phone number.

• A customer who saves your number sees the name they typed.
• Without a saved contact, most restaurants appear as a phone number.
• Your business profile still shows your business name, description, address and hours.
• The profile is visible to anyone who has your number saved, even a customer you blocked.
