Trivec is a restaurant POS from Sweden, sold since Caspeco bought it in 2025 as "Trivec by Caspeco", with offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium and France. Guests order and pay by QR code at the table (Trivec Pay, powered by Karma) or at self-order kiosks, a branded app is available through partner Dineflow, and QR orders go straight to the Trivec POS. Contract
Trivec: Fixed initial term. Its length is set in each subscription and not published. Unless the subscription says otherwise, the agreement then renews automatically for six months at a time unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and it cannot be cancelled before the initial term ends. Trivec may raise fees after the initial term and can adjust prices each year in line with the labour cost index (service terms V8).
