The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Colombia.
Restaurants in Colombia take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as OlaClick, Loggro Restobar and Toteat. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 7 say they take no commission on orders and 3 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Online ordering systems for restaurants in Colombia, compared
No per-order commission on its own online store or QR menu. But the Chile, Colombia and Peru plans add a share of the restaurant's total monthly net sales (0.7% Básico, 0.5% Avanzado, 0.35% Corporativo in Chile and 0.3% in Peru, plus tax) on top of the monthly fee. The Mexico and Argentina pages show a flat monthly fee only.

Argentina and Chile: the first 25 Tu Delivery sales are free, then 1.90% + VAT per sale (shown as 50% off a list rate of 3.90%). The restaurant can pass some or all of it to the customer. Mexico: the June 2026 Tu Delivery page listed the same 1.90% + VAT, but the help centre (September 2026) says Tu Delivery is free in Mexico until 1 January 2028. Colombia, Peru and the international site sell Tu Delivery as a monthly module. Fudo's older 'Venta on-line' pages still say the online store has no commissions.

Prepaid plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; the headline prices need the 12-month plan paid upfront. Automatic renewal can be switched off with one click (pricing page FAQ).
Month to month, or a 12-month annual plan. The service agreement lasts one month and renews automatically; either side can end it with at least one week's notice, unless a minimum term was negotiated. Unused prepaid time is not refunded. Loggro may change prices at any time without notice; a customer who does not accept the new price can stop and has 30 days to download their data (agreement version V41, January 2023).
Billed monthly in arrears. The terms say the restaurant can cancel at any time after paying what it owes.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Month to month (manual or automatic monthly payment), or 6 or 12 months paid ahead. Payment is due in advance between the 1st and 5th of each month, and unpaid accounts are blocked. The sign-up page says no credit card is needed and you can cancel any time.
Emprendedor is paid month to month. Profesional and Empresarial are billed as one payment a year that renews each year.

Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.
Monthly, or yearly at a discount. The restaurants page says no long-term contract is needed. Yearly plans are paid up front: you can cancel the renewal at any time but cannot end the current term early.
Displayed prices are for yearly plans paid upfront; other subscription periods are available; 14-day money-back guarantee

Small restaurants, cafés and dark kitchens in Latin America that want a low-cost, commission-free ordering menu with WhatsApp ordering and a simple POS
OlaClick is a restaurant system from Latin America that combines a digital menu and ordering website (with QR, table and WhatsApp ordering) with a point of sale, kitchen screen, delivery management with a rider app and an AI WhatsApp chatbot. It is aimed at small restaurants, cafés, food trucks and dark kitchens, mainly in Brazil, Mexico and Spanish-speaking South America. It takes no commission on orders: there is a free plan capped at 10 orders a month, and paid plans start at US$9.90 a month on annual billing, with local-currency prices in several countries.

Online payments depend on the country: D24 (cards, bank transfers and local methods) is available in most countries where OlaClick operates but not in Brazil; OlaPago, processed by dLocal, is available only to accounts in Peru; in Brazil the help centre covers PIX online through Tuna, credit cards through Stripe and Stone card machines at the POS. The Google Play listing also names Nequi, Daviplata, Mercado Pago and WebPay. Restaurants can also set up manual (offline) payment methods.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
No commission on orders: OlaClick charges only a fixed monthly fee, and the restaurant receives payments directly (OlaClick pricing page FAQ).
Low entry price: a free plan with 10 orders a month, and paid plans from US$9.90 a month on annual billing, priced in local currency in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru (OlaClick pricing page and 2026 plans article).
One product covers the ordering menu with its own domain, QR and table ordering, WhatsApp ordering and an AI chatbot, a POS with a waiter app, delivery management with a rider app, loyalty and, from the Premium plan up, a kitchen screen (OlaClick home page and pricing page).
Order caps on the cheaper plans: 10 orders a month on Free, 75 on Advanced and 400 on Premium; only Elite (US$59 a month on annual billing) and Infinity have unlimited orders (OlaClick 2026 plans article and pricing page).
The headline prices are for 12-month plans paid upfront; paying month to month costs more, for example US$12 instead of US$9.90 for Advanced (OlaClick pricing page).
Several tools are country-limited: OlaClick says online payments, POS integrations, delivery-app integrations and electronic invoices are available only in some countries; electronic invoicing is only for Brazil and Colombia, OlaPago is Peru-only and D24 is not offered in Brazil (OlaClick pricing page and help centre).
Colombian restaurants and bars that want a POS with DIAN e-invoicing, QR table ordering and their own commission-free delivery and pickup menu, with Rappi orders on the same screen
Loggro Restobar (formerly PirPos) is a cloud POS for restaurants, bars and cafés from the Colombian software company Loggro, with DIAN e-invoicing. Its built-in digital menu takes orders from a QR code on each table and from a link or QR code for delivery and pickup (DomiLoggro), and the orders go straight into the POS. It sells mainly in Colombia, also has a Mexican site and a Latin America site priced in US dollars, and charges a monthly subscription from COP 120,990 (MXN 979 or USD 54.99) with no commission on orders.

For digital-menu orders the restaurant chooses whether it accepts cash, cards or both; Loggro's help pages name no online card gateway for diners. 'Pagos con QR en mesa' (QR payments at the table) is an extra on Estándar and included on Premium, with no provider named. In the POS, Restobar links to Bold (card terminal, payment link, Nequi or QR), Credibanco terminals and SumUp.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · POS · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
Every paid plan includes the digital menu. Guests order from a QR code on the table, or from a link or QR code for delivery and pickup, and orders go straight into the Restobar POS for the restaurant to accept or reject (menu-digital page, pricing page, help centre).
No commission on the restaurant's own orders. DomiLoggro is sold on 0% commission to third parties, and the restaurant keeps the customer database (DomiLoggro page).
Rappi, Entu and DomiLoggro orders arrive on one screen. The Rappi integration is included on Premium (integrations page, pricing page).
The cheapest plan, Básico, is COP 120,990 a month (MXN 979, USD 54.99) and includes 1 register, 3 users, 15 tables and 30 e-invoices. On Estándar, the Rappi integration and QR table payments cost extra (pricing pages).
Loggro does not describe paying online for digital-menu orders. The restaurant chooses to accept cash, cards or both, and no online gateway for diners is named (help centre).
The service agreement lets Loggro change prices at any time without notice, and unused prepaid time is not refunded (service agreement, clauses 7.3 and 8.6).
Restaurants and chains in Chile and Spanish-speaking Latin America that want a POS, QR table ordering, their own delivery and pickup store and delivery-app orders in one system
Toteat is a cloud restaurant POS from Santiago, Chile, with a QR menu for ordering and paying at the table, Toteat Shop (the restaurant's own online store for delivery and pickup), kitchen screens and delivery-app integrations. It sells through demos to restaurants, cafes, bars and chains in Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, and says it also operates in Spain. It charges a monthly plan (in local currency, or US dollars in Argentina) plus a one-time setup fee per location; in Chile, Colombia and Peru the plans also take 0.3% to 0.7% of monthly net sales.

The Mexico and Argentina pages show a flat monthly fee only.

Toteat lists payment integrations with Mercado Pago Checkout, Stripe, Transbank, Getnet, Klap, Kushki, Mach, Square and Redsys. Its QR menu lets diners pay from their phone, and every plan lists 'Toteat Pago QR'. Toteat Go, for ordering and card payment at the table, runs on a Getnet or Mercado Pago card terminal (Chile site). Toteat does not publish processing rates.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
One system for the POS, kitchen screens, QR menu with table ordering, the restaurant's own delivery and pickup store (Toteat Shop), and orders from Rappi, PedidosYa, Uber Eats and Justo (Toteat product and integrations pages).
Prices are published for Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru in local currency and for Argentina in US dollars (Toteat pricing pages).
Every Chile plan has unlimited users, tables and devices, online support every day of the year, free monthly training and an offline mode for taking orders and closing tables without internet (Toteat Chile pricing page and terms).
In Chile, Colombia and Peru each plan adds 0.3% to 0.7% of the restaurant's monthly net sales, plus tax, on top of the monthly fee (Toteat pricing pages).
A one-time setup fee is charged for every location. Its amount is not published, and after 10 business days it cannot be refunded (Toteat terms).
Own delivery and pickup, kitchen screens and stock control start at the Avanzado plan, not Básico (Toteat Chile pricing page).
Restaurants in Colombia that want their own ordering page with 0% commission and a free plan

Small and mid-size restaurants, bars and cafés in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Peru that want a cloud POS with its own online store and delivery-app integrations
Fudo is a cloud POS for restaurants, bars and cafés from Buenos Aires, and its Tu Delivery add-on (formerly Tienda Online) gives the restaurant its own ordering page and an AI sales agent on WhatsApp that send orders into the same system as the POS, kitchen and stock. It has country sites for Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay plus an international Spanish site, with a free trial. It charges a monthly plan in local currency plus paid modules, and in Argentina and Chile Tu Delivery also takes 1.90% + VAT per sale after the first 25 sales.

Online payments
Argentina: Fudo Pagos is the online card method for new Tu Delivery stores, and stores that already had Mercado Pago keep it. Chile: new accounts that use the online store must turn on Fudo Pagos, and the Chile site also lists Mercado Pago and WebPay integrations. Mexico: Mercado Pago is no longer required and other methods can be added. Fudo Pagos Online takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit, debit and prepaid cards, pays out the next business day and cannot refund yet. Cash, bank transfer or card on delivery or pickup can also be turned on.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
Online orders from Tu Delivery go into the same system as the POS: they are sent to the kitchen, recorded in the day's sales and update stock, with no second menu to keep (Fudo help centre).
Monthly prices are published in local currency for Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Colombia. The pricing FAQ says support is remote and free, and the Argentina, Mexico and Colombia pages list unlimited users and free training on every plan (Fudo pricing pages).
A delivery-apps module brings in orders from Rappi, PedidosYa, Uber Eats, DiDi Food and Justo, depending on the country (Fudo pricing pages).
In Argentina and Chile, Tu Delivery charges 1.90% + VAT per sale after the first 25 sales, and diners pay a fixed service fee on every order: $500 (ARS) in Argentina and $400 (CLP) in Chile (tudelivery.com, Chile Tu Delivery page).
Main restaurant features are paid modules on top of the plan. In Argentina the Delivery Apps module and the kitchen screen cost ARS 19,500 a month each. In Colombia, Tu Delivery costs COP 110,900 a month on top of the plan (Fudo pricing pages).
The multi-branch portal asks for Plan Pro on the linked locations (other plans are checked case by case), and for now it does not consolidate financial statements, cash flow, expenses or receivables across locations (Fudo help centre).
Colombian restaurants, cafés and fast-food shops that want a DIAN-ready POS with waiter and kitchen apps plus a commission-free online ordering store
Vendty is a cloud point-of-sale system from Bogotá, Colombia, for restaurants and shops, with a web POS, Android apps for the till, waiters and the kitchen screen, a delivery module with a driver app, and a desktop till. Its 'tienda virtual' online store has a restaurant template for delivery, pickup and scheduled orders, with no commission taken by Vendty. It charges a flat subscription per point of sale; in Colombia the online store starts on the Profesional plan, one yearly payment of COP 1,020,000 (COP 85,000 a month).

Online payments work only in the online store (tienda virtual), through the restaurant's own gateway account. The help centre lists gateways by country: Colombia Wompi, Mercado Pago, PayU or ePayco; Mexico Mercado Pago; Peru PayU; Ecuador Paymentz or Kushki; other countries Mercado Pago and PayU. The online-store page also names OpenPay and PayPal. The store can also take cash on delivery. Vendty takes no commission, but each gateway charges its own fee.
Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
No commission on online-store sales. Vendty's FAQ says only the connected payment gateway charges a fee per transaction (Vendty online-store page).
One system covers the POS, an Android waiter app, a kitchen display (KDS), recipes and ingredient stock, a delivery module with a driver app, and an online store. The store has a restaurant template with add-ons, pickup, delivery fees by destination and scheduled orders (Vendty restaurant page and help centre).
In Colombia, the plans include unlimited electronic invoicing and free, unlimited POS electrónico for the DIAN, the tax authority. A desktop till for Windows, Linux and Mac is meant to keep selling when the internet fails, though the add-ons page still marks offline selling as 'coming soon' (Vendty pricing, home and add-ons pages).
In Colombia, the online store with online payments and the delivery module start on Profesional, which is billed as one yearly payment of COP 1,020,000. The monthly Emprendedor plan has no online store (Vendty pricing page).
The pricing page contradicts itself. The Emprendedor card lists the order-taking and kitchen apps and points, but the comparison table ticks restaurant features (digital menu, mobile order-taking, kitchen tickets, recipes) and points only for Profesional and Empresarial. The home page also gives Emprendedor 2 users, while the pricing page says 5.
No table QR ordering by customers is described. The store's QR code lets diners view the menu, and waiters take table orders on an Android-only app (Vendty help centre and order-taking app page).
Colombian restaurants, bars and venues that want a QR menu, table order-and-pay, reservations and commission-free delivery ordering from one sales-led vendor
Cluvi is a Colombian restaurant platform built around a QR digital menu. It adds ordering and paying from the table (CluviPay), its own delivery ordering with no commission, reservations, WhatsApp and email marketing and a customer database. It sells to restaurants, bars, hotels and venues through its sales team and does not publish prices; its products are sold separately or combined.

Cluvi does not name its payment processors in the site text. The own-delivery page says it has integrations with 'the main payment methods' (shown only as logos), and the contact page says delivery customers get several payment options. With CluviPay, diners order and pay the bill from their phone at the table.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Claims 0% commission on orders through its own delivery system, which it offers as a way to avoid delivery-app commissions (Cluvi homepage, own-delivery page and contact page).
One suite covers a digital menu, table order-and-pay (CluviPay), own delivery, reservations with a waitlist and no-show tracking, WhatsApp and email campaigns, surveys, a customer CRM and AI agents that take bookings and delivery orders by WhatsApp chat. Each product can be bought alone or combined (Cluvi homepage and contact page).
Delivery tools include delivery zones drawn per branch, automatic WhatsApp order tracking for customers, sending the delivery location to the rider, discount coupons and a menu in several languages (own-delivery page, archived March 2026).
No prices are published. The pricing page was empty in every archived copy read (2024 to 2026), and sign-up goes through a contact form, WhatsApp or a booked call (archived pricing, homepage and contact pages).
The website is being rebuilt: on 26 September 2026 cluvi.com showed only a 'coming back soon' page, so product details, pricing and terms cannot be checked on the live site (Cluvi homepage).
Its eight products do not include a POS. It connects to the restaurant's existing POS instead (Cluvi homepage, App Store listing).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Small restaurants, cafés and home kitchens in almost any country that already take orders on WhatsApp and want a free menu link with local payment methods
Take App is a Singapore-built online store for WhatsApp: a restaurant gets a menu link where customers order for delivery, pickup or at the table by QR code, and each order arrives as a complete WhatsApp message and in a dashboard and phone app. It is a general store builder for many business types, with restaurant extras such as a mobile POS, a kitchen display and table reservations. The Basic plan is free and saves 50 orders a month, Business is $50 a month, and neither takes a commission.

Customers pay through the restaurant's own gateway account. Take App lists 32 gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Xendit, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, M-Pesa Express, HitPay, Adyen, Paymob and Tap, and 128 payment methods in all. The country pages list local methods such as M-Pesa, Airtel, Paystack, Flutterwave and Pesapal in Kenya, and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico. Manual methods (bank transfer, QR such as PayNow, cash on delivery, with payment-proof upload) work on the free plan. Automatic card payments need Business. Take App says it never holds the restaurant's money.

Free Basic plan with 0% commission and unlimited products, and 0% commission on the $50-a-month Business plan too (Take App pricing page).
Takes no payment-processing fee on any method: the connected gateway charges its own rate and pays the restaurant directly (Take App help centre, Payment Processing Fee).
Local payment methods in many markets, for example M-Pesa, Airtel, Pesapal, Paystack and Flutterwave in Kenya; Paystack, Flutterwave and NIBSS/NQR in Nigeria; and Mercado Pago, OXXO, CoDi and Clip in Mexico (Take App country pages; 32 gateways on the integrations page).
The free plan saves only 50 orders a month to the dashboard. After that, orders still reach the restaurant's WhatsApp but are not saved to the dashboard (Take App pricing page).
Card payments, automated WhatsApp order updates, a custom domain, the delivery-fee calculator, courier and driver tracking, loyalty and analytics all need the Business plan at $50 a month (Take App pricing comparison and FAQ).
Business includes 1,000 automated WhatsApp messages a month. After that, each message costs $0.05, and each store over five costs $8 (Take App pricing page).
Small restaurants that want a do-it-yourself website with online ordering, QR dine-in and table reservations built in
Wix Restaurants is the restaurant toolkit inside the Wix website builder: online menus, commission-free ordering for pickup, delivery and QR-code dine-in, table reservations and a loyalty program, all on the restaurant's own Wix site. It suits restaurants that want to build and run their own website and add ordering to it. The ordering app is free to install, but Wix says a site must be upgraded to take online orders and payments; the cheapest plan that accepts payments is Core at $29 a month billed yearly (US price), and card processing fees apply.
