The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Mexico.

Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Online ordering systems for restaurants in Mexico, compared
Argentina and Chile: the first 25 Tu Delivery sales are free, then 1.90% + VAT per sale (shown as 50% off a list rate of 3.90%). The restaurant can pass some or all of it to the customer. Mexico: the June 2026 Tu Delivery page listed the same 1.90% + VAT, but the help centre (September 2026) says Tu Delivery is free in Mexico until 1 January 2028. Colombia, Peru and the international site sell Tu Delivery as a monthly module. Fudo's older 'Venta on-line' pages still say the online store has no commissions.

No per-order commission on its own online store or QR menu. But the Chile, Colombia and Peru plans add a share of the restaurant's total monthly net sales (0.7% Básico, 0.5% Avanzado, 0.35% Corporativo in Chile and 0.3% in Peru, plus tax) on top of the monthly fee. The Mexico and Argentina pages show a flat monthly fee only.
13% + VAT per sale on Plus and 10% + VAT on Pro, listed as the commission on sales through Justo's channels. Justo's help centre describes this 'Plataforma' charge as Justo's commission on every order placed through the restaurant's website, taken on the product amount, or on products plus delivery when the restaurant delivers with its own drivers.
Last Shop (own online store): from 4% + €0.20 per sale in Spain, from 7% + MXN 6.00 + IVA per sale in Mexico. QR Ordering: 1.5% per transaction on the Spanish QR product page, while the Spanish pricing table lists 4% + €0.20 per sale; 7% per transaction in Mexico. Last.app calls these commissions and does not say whether they include card processing. The feature cards on both pricing pages still say the online store sells 'sin comisiones'.

Contract
Month to month (manual or automatic monthly payment), or 6 or 12 months paid ahead. Payment is due in advance between the 1st and 5th of each month, and unpaid accounts are blocked. The sign-up page says no credit card is needed and you can cancel any time.
Monthly or annual subscription. On Soft Restaurant 12, the annual plan charges 10.5 months for 12. The Cloud page offers 50% off the monthly subscription to restaurants that take more than MXN 50,000 in card payments.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
No fixed term: the site FAQ says you are not bound to a minimum period and pay month by month ('mes trabajado es mes pagado'). The 2023 booklet also listed an annual fee.
No signed contract required: Poster works under a public offer (a written contract is optional); billing is annual or month to month, and the plan can be changed at any time.
Prepaid plans of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; the headline prices need the 12-month plan paid upfront. Automatic renewal can be switched off with one click (pricing page FAQ).
Billed monthly in arrears. The terms say the restaurant can cancel at any time after paying what it owes.
Monthly or annual billing, with annual marked 15% off. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Plans are bought through Justo's sales team on WhatsApp. There is no self-serve checkout.
Monthly plan with no minimum term (cancel from the admin panel before the 5th to avoid the next month's charge). Yearly plan billed in full in advance, auto-renews, and is not refundable. No free trial unless agreed with sales (14 days when agreed).
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.

Small and mid-size restaurants, bars and cafés in Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia and Peru that want a cloud POS with its own online store and delivery-app integrations
Fudo is a cloud POS for restaurants, bars and cafés from Buenos Aires, and its Tu Delivery add-on (formerly Tienda Online) gives the restaurant its own ordering page and an AI sales agent on WhatsApp that send orders into the same system as the POS, kitchen and stock. It has country sites for Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay plus an international Spanish site, with a free trial. It charges a monthly plan in local currency plus paid modules, and in Argentina and Chile Tu Delivery also takes 1.90% + VAT per sale after the first 25 sales.

Online payments
Argentina: Fudo Pagos is the online card method for new Tu Delivery stores, and stores that already had Mercado Pago keep it. Chile: new accounts that use the online store must turn on Fudo Pagos, and the Chile site also lists Mercado Pago and WebPay integrations. Mexico: Mercado Pago is no longer required and other methods can be added. Fudo Pagos Online takes Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit, debit and prepaid cards, pays out the next business day and cannot refund yet. Cash, bank transfer or card on delivery or pickup can also be turned on.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
Online orders from Tu Delivery go into the same system as the POS: they are sent to the kitchen, recorded in the day's sales and update stock, with no second menu to keep (Fudo help centre).
Monthly prices are published in local currency for Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Colombia. The pricing FAQ says support is remote and free, and the Argentina, Mexico and Colombia pages list unlimited users and free training on every plan (Fudo pricing pages).
A delivery-apps module brings in orders from Rappi, PedidosYa, Uber Eats, DiDi Food and Justo, depending on the country (Fudo pricing pages).
In Argentina and Chile, Tu Delivery charges 1.90% + VAT per sale after the first 25 sales, and diners pay a fixed service fee on every order: $500 (ARS) in Argentina and $400 (CLP) in Chile (tudelivery.com, Chile Tu Delivery page).
Main restaurant features are paid modules on top of the plan. In Argentina the Delivery Apps module and the kitchen screen cost ARS 19,500 a month each. In Colombia, Tu Delivery costs COP 110,900 a month on top of the plan (Fudo pricing pages).
The multi-branch portal asks for Plan Pro on the linked locations (other plans are checked case by case), and for now it does not consolidate financial statements, cash flow, expenses or receivables across locations (Fudo help centre).
Mexican restaurants that want an established local POS with inventory and e-invoicing, and can add a commission-free ordering site through a sales adviser or distributor
Soft Restaurant is a Mexican restaurant POS, sold as Soft Restaurant 12 (Windows, works without internet) and Soft Restaurant Cloud (an Android app with a web admin). Online ordering comes from the e-Delivery add-on, which gives the restaurant its own delivery and pickup ordering site, and e-Menu QR lets diners order and pay from a QR menu. It charges a monthly or annual subscription in Mexican pesos, with e-Delivery and the other add-ons bought separately at unpublished prices; Soft Restaurant says e-Delivery takes 0% commission per order.

In person: Soft Restaurant Payments, the company's own card terminals, which sync with the POS; it is open to restaurants in Mexico with a Soft Restaurant 11 or later licence. Online: the April 2026 payment-integrations page (archived copy) lists PayPal for e-Delivery online sales. It also lists Mercado Pago, and CoDi (Banco de México's commission-free QR payments). The add-ons page says diners can order from the e-Menu QR and pay the bill. On Soft Restaurant Cloud, card payments are turned on in the web admin and need the official P5 or T2 terminal.
The e-Delivery add-on gives the restaurant its own delivery and pickup ordering site with its logo, colours and URL, plus delivery zones, opening hours, payment methods and customer promotions. Soft Restaurant says it takes 0% commission per order (e-Delivery and add-ons pages).
Base prices are published in MXN: Soft Restaurant Cloud from MXN 699 a month and Soft Restaurant 12 from MXN 799 a month, both + IVA. Soft Restaurant 12 keeps working without internet (Soft Restaurant pricing and home pages).
One system covers the POS, inventory, recipe costing, Mexican e-invoicing, loyalty points, gift cards and table reservations. Add-ons cover QR ordering, tablet ordering at the table (Menú Digital), a self-service kiosk and delivery-app orders. The Cloud app lists Uber, Rappi and Didi Food integration (Soft Restaurant pricing and add-on pages, Google Play).
Online ordering is not in the base plans. e-Delivery, e-Menu QR, the kiosk and Delivery Hub are sold separately, their prices are not published, and the site sends you to a sales adviser (Soft Restaurant pricing and add-ons pages).
It needs specific hardware. Soft Restaurant 12 runs only on Windows PCs (not ARM processors), and the Soft Restaurant Cloud app runs on Android. Taking cards on Cloud needs the official P5 or T2 terminal, and the company's payment terminals cost MXN 4,000 + IVA each (Soft Restaurant pricing, Cloud and Payments pages).
There is no free plan: both product lines are paid monthly or annual subscriptions. The in-person card rates on Soft Restaurant Payments are promotional only for the first 3 months, then depend on monthly card volume (Soft Restaurant pricing pages, Soft Restaurant Payments page).
Restaurants in Mexico that want their own ordering page with 0% commission and a free plan

Restaurants and multi-branch chains in Mexico that want a full POS with inventory, payroll and e-invoicing, take card payments on Clip terminals, and need a basic own online store
Wansoft by Clip is a Mexican restaurant POS from Wansoft, S.A.P.I. de C.V., now sold together with Clip's card terminals and payments. It is aimed at restaurants, bars, cafés and franchises in Mexico, and bundles the POS, kitchen display, inventory, payroll, e-invoicing, a loyalty program and an own online store that Wansoft says charges no commission. Prices are by quote on the current site; a June 2023 Wansoft booklet that is still online listed monthly packages from MXN 1,034 + IVA plus a one-time set-up fee per branch.

In-store card, QR and digital-wallet payments go through Clip terminals (Clip Total 2 and Clip Ultra), with automatic reconciliation of sales and deposits. How customers pay on the Wansoft online store is not stated on the pages read.
One system covers the POS and mobile order-taking, kitchen display, inventory, expenses, payroll, the Megapuntos loyalty program, gift cards, e-invoicing and an own online store, with central control of all branches; the higher packages add more modules (Wansoft site).
Wansoft says its online store charges no commission and syncs stock and orders with the POS automatically (Wansoft site).
The POS brings in orders from Rappi, Uber Eats, DiDi Food and Justo and connects to OpenTable and Riservi (Wansoft blog, August 2024); Clip's Wansoft page says delivery-app integration comes at no additional cost.
No prices on the current site; you have to talk to sales. The June 2023 booklet added a one-time set-up fee of MXN 7,672 to 16,000 + IVA per branch and an annual fee on top of the monthly fee (Wansoft booklet).
In the June 2023 booklet, e-invoicing was an extra module at MXN 5,000 or 15,000, and it was required to use the 200 invoice folios included in the packages (Wansoft booklet). The current site lets you add modules but does not price them.
It needs an on-site installation: the restaurant must have stable internet, its final furniture and finished network and power cabling ready, and its own computers must be checked by support before use (Wansoft site FAQ).
Cafés and small restaurants, especially in Mexico and other Poster markets, that want a low-cost cloud POS with inventory and an add-on ordering website for delivery and takeout
Poster POS is a cloud point of sale from Ukraine for cafés, restaurants, bars and shops that covers the till, inventory, finances, loyalty and delivery management; restaurants add an ordering website (Poster Site) for delivery and takeout, a QR menu and a courier app. It is sold self-serve with a 15-day free trial, in local currency in markets such as Mexico, South Africa, Poland, Colombia and the Philippines, in euros in Europe and in US dollars elsewhere. It charges a monthly subscription per location from US$26 (billed annually) plus US$19 a month for the ordering website, and takes no commission on orders.

Card payments on the Poster Site ordering website (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are taken through Stripe, connected with the restaurant's own Stripe keys; the help centre says to check that Stripe is available in the restaurant's country. For delivery orders taken at the POS, Poster accepts card, cash or partial payment with cash-back rewards.
One subscription covers the POS app (iOS, Android, Windows and Mac) with offline mode and a floor plan, inventory with automatic stock deductions, cash-flow reports, a customer database, loyalty programs and sales reports; Business adds dish modifiers, promotions and delivery management (Poster pricing page).
The Poster Site ordering website pulls the menu, photos and prices from the POS, sends web orders straight to the Poster terminal, and includes a free ps.me address or the restaurant's own domain; it costs US$19 a month for up to 500 orders, with the first 100 orders free (Poster Site page).
No commission or per-order fee from Poster, no set-up fee and no signed contract required (Poster pricing FAQ).
Online ordering is a paid add-on: the ordering website costs US$19 a month (MXN 361 + IVA in Mexico) on top of the POS plan, and delivery management, dish modifiers and promotions are listed from the Business plan at US$44 a month billed annually (Poster pricing and Poster Site pages).
Card payments on the ordering website need the restaurant's own Stripe account and only work where Stripe is available; Stripe's fee applies on top (Poster help centre and Poster Site FAQ).
The ordering website's working hours apply to every day: different hours per weekday or specific days off cannot be set; menu item names are not translated automatically, and the site interface is available only in English, Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish (Poster help centre).

No commission on orders: OlaClick charges only a fixed monthly fee, and the restaurant receives payments directly (OlaClick pricing page FAQ).
Low entry price: a free plan with 10 orders a month, and paid plans from US$9.90 a month on annual billing, priced in local currency in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru (OlaClick pricing page and 2026 plans article).
One product covers the ordering menu with its own domain, QR and table ordering, WhatsApp ordering and an AI chatbot, a POS with a waiter app, delivery management with a rider app, loyalty and, from the Premium plan up, a kitchen screen (OlaClick home page and pricing page).
Order caps on the cheaper plans: 10 orders a month on Free, 75 on Advanced and 400 on Premium; only Elite (US$59 a month on annual billing) and Infinity have unlimited orders (OlaClick 2026 plans article and pricing page).
The headline prices are for 12-month plans paid upfront; paying month to month costs more, for example US$12 instead of US$9.90 for Advanced (OlaClick pricing page).
Several tools are country-limited: OlaClick says online payments, POS integrations, delivery-app integrations and electronic invoices are available only in some countries; electronic invoicing is only for Brazil and Colombia, OlaPago is Peru-only and D24 is not offered in Brazil (OlaClick pricing page and help centre).

Includes QR ordering and payment at the table, a Commander tool for phone, WhatsApp and social-media orders, and a branded iOS and Android app on Pro (help centre, home, Commander, App and pricing pages).
Not commission-free. Justo takes 13% + VAT of each online sale on Plus or 10% + VAT on Pro, and the payment gateway fee comes on top (Justo pricing page, help centre).
No free plan. Plus is the entry plan and is charged per location, plus an installation fee per location, for example UF 2.5 + VAT in Chile (Justo pricing page).
Plus gets a template store design. A custom design, the branded app, inventory and multi-warehouse management need Pro, which costs UF 70 + VAT a year per location in Chile (Justo pricing page).

One system for the POS, the restaurant's own online store for delivery and pickup (Last Shop), QR ordering with a shared cart and payment from the table, reservations (The Book), loyalty points and, from the Growth plan, stock control (Last.app product and pricing pages).

In Spain, Last Shop now also carries a fee of up to €40 per billing period per location (for shops activated since 5 September 2026, and for existing shops from 5 October 2026), which only falls to €0 once €1,000 of card payments pass through the Shop; QR Ordering has a similar fee of up to €25 that reaches €0 at about €1,670 processed (Last.app pricing update and QR page).
A one-time installation fee of €500 + VAT (MXN 4,000 + IVA in Mexico) is charged on every plan (Last.app pricing pages).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments
Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Whether restaurants in Mexico can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
