The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Nepal.
Restaurants in Nepal take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as RestroX, RhinoPass and Restronp. Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

No percentage commission. Instead, Meromenu charges a prepaid usage fee per bill, 'as low as' Re 1 (NPR).
1.8% per order on every plan (the pricing page's 'Per Order Commisson' row; its FAQ calls it a 1.8% transaction fee on every order). The same pricing page, the Features page and the homepage say cash orders carry 0% commission, and the homepage sign-up form promises 'zero commission'.

Contract
Nepal and India plans are prepaid for 6 months or a year; the global US-dollar plans are paid monthly or yearly. Restaurants can cancel at any time and drop back to the free plan (pricing FAQ), with no refund for unused days; there is a 3-day grace period after expiry, and a plan renews only when the next payment is made (terms).
—
Billed yearly. The refund policy (30 April 2025) gives new users a full refund within 14 days, hardware included, and says refunds are not available after that, except in listed cases such as unplanned downtime or major bugs. It also says you can cancel at any time, keep access to the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Prepaid terms of 1 month to 3 years. All payments are final and non-refundable, and cancelling only stops renewal (Terms & Conditions 8.1, last updated March 2026).
Yearly plans that renew on the agreed billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal (terms). The pricing page says 'no contracts, cancel whenever you want', but its FAQ says a simple contract is required after the 30-day trial. No cancellation fees; access continues to the end of the billing period.
Yearly plans. The site says there is no lock-in and plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time. The terms say fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise and that prices can change at any time.
Prepaid pay-as-you-go balance, with an annual plan offered on request.
No contract published. Lifetime plans are paid once; add-ons are billed yearly or monthly. The pricing page offers a '100 % Money Back Guarantee' and a 90-day growth guarantee (250 orders in 90 days or FoodChow keeps working for free), but the refund policy says service fees charged to restaurant owners are non-refundable.
Monthly or yearly billing; 30-day free trial with no card, after which billing starts automatically; fees are generally non-refundable (Quickly terms)

Nepali restaurants, cafes and bars that want an IRD-approved POS with QR table ordering, delivery ordering, inventory and accounting on one yearly plan
RestroX is a cloud restaurant POS and management app for Android, iPhone and the web that combines billing, kitchen order tickets, table QR ordering, delivery, takeaway and pickup menus, inventory, accounting and loyalty. It is sold mainly to restaurants, cafes and bars in Nepal, where its billing is approved by the Inland Revenue Department, and it also runs an India site with rupee prices and a global site priced in US dollars; its publisher, RestroX LLC, lists Austin, Texas as its headquarters, while its sales and support lines are Nepali numbers and its terms follow Nepali law. It charges a flat subscription with no commission: a free-forever plan, then paid plans from Rs 12,000 a year in Nepal, ₹8,000 a year in India or $39 a month on the global site, each with a 14-day free trial.

The help centre's Integrations page lists NepalPay (Dynamic QR), Dynamic QR (Fonepay) and Fonepay payment cards, set up with the restaurant's own merchant credentials and offered at checkout next to cash, card, bank transfer or other accounts the restaurant records. The site does not say whether diners can pay online on the ordering portal; the Enterprise plan lists 'Consolidated Payment Gateways'. RestroX's own subscription fees are taken through PayPal, Stripe, NepalPay, FonePay and Razorpay (terms).
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Reservations
Free-forever plan and published prices: paid plans from Rs 12,000 a year in Nepal, ₹8,000 a year in India or $39 a month ($348 a year) on the global site, with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed, and setup and onboarding included (RestroX pricing pages).
Built for Nepal: RestroX is verified as compliant e-billing software by Nepal's Inland Revenue Department, e-billing setup is free on Platinum, and NepalPay and Fonepay dynamic QR payments plug into checkout (terms, Nepal site, pricing page, help centre).
One app covers billing, KOT/BOT with split KOT and a kitchen display, table QR ordering, a delivery menu link and QR with delivery charges and in-house riders, takeaway, pickup and reservations, inventory, accounting, points and stamp loyalty, and bulk SMS (RestroX feature pages and help centre).
The free plan does not take customer orders or reservation orders and caps delivery orders at 100 a month; the online delivery portal, takeaway and pickup start on Premium, and a custom domain only comes with Platinum (pricing pages).
In Nepal and India there is no monthly plan: plans are prepaid for 6 months or a year (monthly billing is only on the US-dollar global site), and cancelling gives no refund for unused days (pricing pages, terms).
The only payment integrations the help centre lists, even on the India site, are Nepal's NepalPay and Fonepay dynamic QR, and it does not say whether diners can pay online when they order.
Restaurants and cafes in Nepal that want a free-to-start ordering link and QR menu with eSewa, Khalti and fonePay payments, and accept a 10% fee on each order
RhinoPass is an online ordering and QR menu system for restaurants, cafes, hotels, canteens and cloud kitchens in Nepal, run by the Singapore-registered Indulge Mall Group. Each merchant gets its own ordering link for delivery, self-collection and QR table orders, a dashboard for menus, billing and customers, and a listing on the RhinoPass marketplace and customer app. There is no setup fee and no monthly charge; RhinoPass takes a flat 10% platform fee on orders.

Flat 10% platform fee on orders (member sign-up page, April 2026). The page does not say whether it also applies to QR dine-in orders.
Online payments
The member sign-up page lists eSewa, Khalti, fonePay, IME Pay and ConnectIPS. The business partner page mentions credit cards, eSewa and fonePay, and the homepage says card payments run through Stripe and PayPal. Processing rates are not published.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools
No setup fee and no monthly charge: RhinoPass is paid only through a flat 10% fee on orders, and its team builds the digital menu and QR code from a photo or list of the restaurant's menu (member sign-up page; QR menu blog post, August 2025).
Built-in Nepali payments: eSewa, Khalti, fonePay, IME Pay and ConnectIPS (member sign-up page).
One system for delivery, self-collection and QR dine-in ordering, with time-slot scheduling, the restaurant's own delivery staff and charges, loyalty rewards, discounts and a customer CRM, plus billing for dine-in, takeaway and online orders in one dashboard (business partner page; RhinoPass blog, August 2025; a merchant ordering page).
Not commission-free: a flat 10% platform fee on orders (member sign-up page, updated April 2026). RhinoPass's August 2025 blog posts called it free and said marketplace orders come 'without hefty commissions'.
No pricing page or merchant terms are published: the 'Pricing', 'Premium' and 'Terms & Conditions' links on rhinopass.com point nowhere and the site's page list has no pricing or terms page, so details such as payment gateway charges or whether the 10% applies to QR dine-in orders are not stated.
Small footprint outside Nepal: the marketplace lists 199 merchants in Nepal but only 5 in Singapore, and the sign-up page and its payment options are built for Nepal.
Cafes and restaurants in Nepal that want a cloud POS with KOT, QR table ordering and rider tracking, paid once a year in Nepali rupees
Restronp is a cloud restaurant POS from Kathmandu, made by Zylux IT Solution, covering billing, kitchen order tickets (KOT), tables and reservations, QR menu ordering, inventory, delivery riders and a customer site for online orders. It is sold to cafes, restaurants, bars, cloud kitchens and multi-outlet chains in Nepal. It charges a flat yearly fee of Rs. 6,000, Rs. 12,000 or Rs. 24,000, and no per-order commission is listed.

The POS takes cash, card and QR payments. The features page lists payment gateways for the customer ordering site. Restronp does not say which gateways it uses or publish their fees.

Low, flat pricing in Nepali rupees: Rs. 6,000, Rs. 12,000 or Rs. 24,000 a year, with no per-order fee listed (Restronp pricing page).
One cloud system covers POS billing with VAT-aware bills, KOT/BOT, table layouts and reservations, QR menu ordering, inventory, staff roles, reports and more than one branch (Restronp features page and FAQ).
A Delivery Executive module assigns orders to riders, tracks deliveries live and manages delivery zones. A customer site shows the menu online and takes orders and reservations (Restronp features page).
There is no free plan on the pricing page, and no monthly option: the FAQ says plans are paid yearly. The home page has a "Start Free Trial" button, but the trial length is not published. The terms and refund policy (both dated 30 April 2025) still describe a no-cost service or a free tier, so they do not match the current pricing page.
The Rs. 6,000 Basic plan allows up to 5 users, 16 tables and rooms, 500 dishes and 30 saved customers. Inventory, takeaway, pickup, reservations and the online delivery portal are listed only from Premium, at Rs. 12,000 a year (Restronp pricing page).
It is a cloud system: the FAQ says it needs an internet connection for live sync and advises a backup connection, such as a mobile hotspot, for outages.
Restaurants in Nepal that want their own ordering page with 0% commission and a free plan

Nepali restaurants, cafés and chiya pasals that want an NPR-priced POS with table QR ordering, a kitchen display and a free ordering website in one subscription
RestroHub is a cloud restaurant management system built in Kathmandu for Nepali restaurants, cafés, chiya pasals, bakeries and cloud kitchens; its own brief says it was founded in 2024. It combines a POS, table QR ordering, kitchen and bar displays, loyalty, inventory and a free website builder whose restaurant sites let customers place orders. It charges one flat subscription, NPR 1,500 a month including VAT (less per month on prepaid terms of up to 3 years), after a one-month free trial, with no commission published.

RestroHub makes dynamic payment QRs (NepalQR, Fonepay or eSewa) from the restaurant's own merchant QR and shows them on invoices and in the payment dialog. An optional Fonepay agent on the shop PC marks QR bills as paid by itself. The POS records cash, card, online, cheque and credit payments. On the restaurant website, checkout asks only for name, phone and address, with no pay-online step. On the table QR menu, guests ask staff for the bill.
One Standard plan: NPR 1,500 a month including VAT, falling to about NPR 1,222 a month on the 3-year term, with unlimited orders, tables and staff. There is a one-month free trial with no credit card (subscribe checkout; home page).
Table QR ordering with no app download. Each table has its own QR, and orders go straight to the kitchen or bar display. From the menu, guests can also call a server, ask for water or ask for the bill (home page; table QR menu).
A free website builder is included, with 12 block types, 3 themes and a custom domain. Each site has a menu that customers can order from (llms-full brief; restaurant website template).
Built for Nepal. Prices are in NPR, times use Kathmandu time with a 4 AM day end, billing is built for Nepal's IRD, and the terms fall under Nepali law (home page; Terms & Conditions).
Payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel or stop using it during a prepaid term of up to 3 years, you get no money back (Terms & Conditions 8.1).
On the restaurant website, checkout asks only for name, phone and address, with no online payment step. RestroHub's pages do not describe delivery zones or fees, pickup or delivery-app integrations, and WhatsApp appears only as a chat button on the restaurant's site (restaurant website template).
Dine-in restaurants and cafes in Nepal that want low-cost QR table ordering, Fonepay QR payments and simple POS billing for a flat yearly fee
SajiloQR is a QR table-ordering and restaurant management system from Lalitpur, Nepal. Diners scan a table QR code, order from their phone's browser for dine-in or takeaway, and pay by a Fonepay QR code carrying the bill amount, while waiters and kitchen staff get their own apps and the owner gets POS billing, table and inventory tools. It has a free plan and flat yearly plans billed in Nepalese rupees (Rs 12,000 or Rs 15,000 a year), with no commission listed.

Fonepay is the only payment method named: the bill is shown to the diner as a dynamic Fonepay QR code carrying the exact amount (one code per bill or split share), paid through the restaurant's own Fonepay merchant credentials; SajiloQR only displays the code and confirms the payment status and never holds diner funds (terms, privacy policy, Dynamic QR Payment page).
Free plan at Rs 0 a year with unlimited QR codes, a digital menu and ordering from guests' phones; the full ordering and POS billing plan is a flat Rs 12,000 a year with no commission listed (SajiloQR pricing page, home page FAQ).
Diners pay by a dynamic Fonepay QR code that already carries the bill amount, with a separate code for each share of a split bill, and the money goes straight to the restaurant's own Fonepay account (Dynamic QR Payment page, terms).
On the paid plans, waiters and kitchen staff get their own mobile apps with instant order notifications, and the kitchen app reads each order aloud in Nepali (SajiloQR features page, home page FAQ).
Built around the dining room: the product pages describe ordering from a table QR code for dine-in or takeaway, and do not describe delivery orders or an ordering link for customers ordering from home (features page, terms).
Fonepay is the only payment method named and all fees are billed in Nepalese rupees, so it is set up for Nepal rather than other countries (terms, 30 June 2026).
Not yet run by a registered company: the terms say SajiloQR is built and run by an individual developer in Lalitpur under an individual developer account, with company registration still pending (terms, 30 June 2026).
Restaurants, cafes and small chains in Nepal that want a POS with QR table ordering, Fonepay QR payments, inventory and built-in accounting for a flat yearly fee
NRestro is a cloud restaurant management system and POS from Makalu Software in Banepa, Nepal. It covers POS ordering, kitchen and bar tickets (KOT/BOT), a QR digital menu that guests use to order at the table, Fonepay QR payments, inventory, double-entry accounting and staff attendance, on the web and an Android app. It is sold to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens and chains in Nepal for a flat yearly fee in Nepali rupees: Rs 10,000 for Starter or Rs 15,000 for Business Growth (a limited-time offer), with a one-month free trial and custom Enterprise pricing.

Not published. The pricing section lists only flat yearly plan fees and says nothing about a per-order commission.

Fonepay dynamic QR (Nepal), on Business Growth and above: guests scan a QR code to pay, and each payment is recorded in NRestro's books automatically. The register page says guests can scan, order and pay from their seats. No card gateway or international processor is named. The POS can also record a sale on credit against a customer's account (user manual).
Published prices: Starter is Rs 10,000 a year and Business Growth Rs 15,000 a year (a limited-time offer, listed at Rs 24,000). There is a one-month free trial, no setup fee and no lock-in (NRestro pricing section).
One system covers POS ordering, KOT/BOT kitchen and bar tickets, a QR digital menu for table ordering, inventory with purchase and vendor tracking, and staff attendance by QR punch-in. It also has built-in double-entry accounting (Day Book, Cash Book, Bank Book, profit and loss, COGS, vendor dues) that exports to Excel (NRestro homepage and FAQ).
Built for Nepal: Fonepay dynamic QR payments post to the books automatically. IRD invoices can be issued and reported through Makalu Billing, a separate e-billing service that integrates with NRestro (homepage, terms).
No free plan. Starter is capped at 3,000 orders a month and leaves out Fonepay QR payments and advanced reporting, which need Business Growth. Call and online support is listed only from Business Growth up (pricing section).
On its website, customer ordering is the QR digital menu that guests scan and order from at their table. The website does not mention an ordering website, pickup, delivery or delivery-app integrations; only the app's Google Play description mentions online ordering with pickup or delivery (NRestro homepage and register page, Google Play).
NRestro is not itself a billing or tax system. The register page says it produces estimated order information, and IRD invoices go through the separate Makalu Billing service under its own terms. The restaurant must make sure every order is invoiced and reported to the IRD (register page, terms).
Restaurants and cafés in Nepal that want QR table ordering, KOT printing and VAT billing, paid per bill instead of a monthly subscription
Meromenu is cloud-based restaurant management software from Miracle Yard in Lalitpur, Nepal. It is built around QR table ordering: guests scan a table QR code to see the menu and order, and the order prints in the kitchen as a KOT. Billing, inventory, staff and reports are in the same system, and each restaurant also gets a page on meromenu.com for dine-in, takeout or delivery orders. It is aimed at restaurants, cafés and hotels in Nepal. Restaurants prepay per bill ('as low as Re 1 per bill'), and an annual plan is available on request.
Price

Commission
No percentage commission. Instead, Meromenu charges a prepaid usage fee per bill, 'as low as' Re 1 (NPR).

The marketing pages do not name a payment provider. The home page says guests can 'settle bills with a simple scan', and the blog says Meromenu offers multi-payment support (a general section of the post names cash, cards, eSewa, Fonepay and Khalti as payment modes Nepali restaurants handle). The customer ordering page code creates Fonepay or NepalPay QR (connectIPS) payment codes; in the public restaurant directory, 4 of 215 restaurants have Fonepay switched on. A Stripe option in the code is switched off for meromenu.com. The terms say online payments go through third-party payment processors.
Pay as you go instead of a monthly fee: restaurants prepay per bill, from Re 1 (NPR) per bill, and get a trial balance for testing. An annual plan is available on request (home page and FAQ).
QR table ordering and the restaurant back office are in one system: dynamic table QR codes, automatic KOT/BOT printing, split and merge orders, table transfer, inventory with stock alerts and vendor management, staff roles with detailed permissions, and daily sales, menu performance and waiter performance reports (home page).
Built for Nepal: its blog says it handles VAT compliance, its dashboard has an IRD report section (sales book, purchase book), and its ordering pages can show Fonepay or NepalPay QR payment codes (blog, site code).
In practice Nepal only: its About page says it now offers services globally, but the pricing section is shown only to visitors in Nepal, new restaurants added in the dashboard get a Nepal country code, and all 215 restaurants in its public directory are in Nepal and priced in NPR.
Only the minimum price is published ('as low as Re 1 per bill'). Other per-bill rates and the annual plan price are not published. Because the fee is per bill, the cost grows with the number of bills.
It is used mainly for dine-in. All 215 restaurants in its public directory take dine-in orders, but only 3 have delivery switched on, 5 have takeaway, and 4 have Fonepay online payment.
Small restaurants, cafés and sweet shops, mainly in India, that would rather pay once than monthly for an ordering website, app and QR ordering
FoodChow is an online ordering and POS platform from Tenacious Techies in Surat, India. It gives restaurants, cafés and sweet shops an ordering website, their own mobile app, QR table ordering, a POS billing app and delivery management for their own drivers. It sells one-time 'lifetime' plans from ₹5,475 in India ($300 elsewhere), and its pricing page lists a 1.8% fee on each order.

Restaurants connect their own payment gateway and receive the money directly. The pricing page lists Razorpay on every plan, and FoodChow's FAQ page says restaurants set up their own PayPal account for online payments. Cash on delivery is also supported.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Prices are published: the 'lifetime' plans are paid once, from ₹5,475 in India or $300 elsewhere, rather than as a monthly subscription (FoodChow pricing page).
One platform covers an ordering website, the restaurant's own mobile app, QR table ordering, table reservations, pre-orders and a POS billing app (FoodChow pricing, Features and home pages).
Restaurants can run delivery with their own drivers from a delivery dashboard that assigns each order to a driver (FoodChow delivery dashboard page; 'Own Driver / Porter' on the pricing page).
The pricing page lists a 1.8% per-order commission on every plan, while the homepage promises zero commission; the pricing and Features pages say only cash orders are commission-free (FoodChow pricing, home and Features pages).
The entry plan covers takeaway and dine-in only. Delivery needs the ₹10,900 plan, and the full POS billing app, SEO and coaching need the ₹25,000 Growth Plan (FoodChow pricing page).
On the lifetime plans, WhatsApp integration (₹5,475 or $300 a year), extra menus (₹2,000 or $100 a year) and the Bio Link module (₹900 or $49 a month) cost extra (FoodChow pricing page).

In-store card terminal integration ('Card POS Integration') is on the Growth, Elite and all All in One plans. Gateway fees are not published.
Free Basic POS plan with unlimited orders and no time limit, capped at 15 dishes and one user; not offered in Ireland or the UK (RestroGreen pricing page and FAQ).

The Growth plan (৳1,000 a month in Bangladesh) includes POS, kitchen display, waiter mode, CRM, a loyalty program and SMS/email marketing; All in One plans add inventory and accounting, with recipe-based stock use and a balance sheet from Premium (pricing page).
Cloud-only: RestroGreen's own FAQ says it cannot be used offline and needs internet access.
QR table ordering ('Table Ordering System', 'QR Booth Ordering') is only on the Elite, Premium and Enterprise plans, from ৳1,600 a month in Bangladesh (pricing page).
After the 30-day trial billing starts automatically, and Quickly's terms say payments are generally non-refundable.
Whether restaurants in Nepal can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
Questions
