The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Sri Lanka.
Restaurants in Sri Lanka take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Delivergate, OrderNow and OMAK. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 4 say they take no commission on orders and 4 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Sri Lanka: PayHere is Delivergate's payment gateway partner and charges the processing fees. UK: Delivergate lists Stripe among the platforms it connects to the POS. Prices are published in rupees. Starter, with the Webshop and table QR ordering, is LKR 4,900 a month, and Delivergate says Webshop sales carry no commission (delivergate.lk pricing and Webshop pages).
One platform covers the ordering website, table QR ordering, a POS and loyalty. Growth Kit adds a branded Android and iOS app and table reservations with optional deposits, and Uber Eats and PickMe Food are listed integrations (delivergate.lk pricing, Webshop, products and delivery integration pages).
There is no setup fee: setup, design customisation and training are included. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card and no long-term contract (delivergate.lk pricing and Webshop pages).
The free plan is only a hosted QR menu with Delivergate branding. Online and table ordering start on the LKR 4,900 Starter plan, which covers one location, and extra locations are LKR 5,000 each (delivergate.lk pricing page).
Card payments go through PayHere at 2.69% to 3.30% a payment, depending on the PayHere plan and monthly volume. This comes on top of the subscription (delivergate.lk pricing page).
You need hardware: an Android tablet to receive online orders and a thermal printer for receipts. The Delivergate POS device with software costs LKR 169,000 one-time (delivergate.lk pricing page).

OrderNow's terms say online payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayHere) and that transaction fees are charged by those processors, not OrderNow; its privacy policy names the same two payment partners. A live OrderNow menu offers cash, online card, card machine, bank transfer and QR payments at checkout. Custom payment gateway integration is listed on the Enterprise plan.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
0% order commission on every plan, with a free view-only menu and paid plans from LKR 4,800 a month (Pro) and LKR 9,600 a month (Ultra), 20% less when billed annually (OrderNow pricing page).
Runs on hardware the restaurant already has: any phone, tablet or laptop browser, standard 80mm or 58mm ESC/POS receipt and KOT printers, and any tablet or smart TV as a kitchen screen (OrderNow pricing page).
QR ordering, web POS, kitchen tickets, reservations and dine-in, takeaway, delivery and scheduled orders sit in one system; the kitchen display, inventory and table floor plan come with the Ultra plan (OrderNow features and pricing pages).
The free plan is a view-only menu: ordering is disabled, it holds up to 12 items and it shows ads (OrderNow pricing page).
Pro covers 1 location and Ultra up to 2; more outlets need a custom-priced Enterprise plan (OrderNow pricing page).
Delivery zones, rider management, CRM and loyalty are available only on "supported" or assisted-setup deployments that the OrderNow team activates (OrderNow features and sign-up pages).

Sri Lankan restaurants that want one cloud POS for dine-in, QR table orders, Uber Eats and PickMe Food orders, with an optional online ordering add-on
OMAK is a cloud POS for restaurants and retailers from OMAK Technologies in Colombo, Sri Lanka, which says it serves more than 1,500 businesses across the country. Every plan brings Uber Eats and PickMe Food orders into the POS, the Restaurant POS page lists QR table ordering, and an Online Ordering System is sold as a separate add-on. It charges a flat subscription in US dollars: Restaurant Essential is $50 a month or $540 a year, and the Online Ordering System add-on is $35.

From $50/mo

Not published. The pricing page lists flat subscription and add-on fees only and does not mention any per-order commission.
Online payments
The Online Ordering System page says it includes a shopping cart and online payment, and every plan lists 'Payment Processing', but OMAK does not name a payment gateway or processor.
Prices are published in US dollars with monthly or annual billing: Restaurant Essential $50 a month ($540 a year) and Restaurant Essential with Inventory $70 a month ($840 a year) (OMAK pricing page).
Uber Eats and PickMe Food orders come into the same POS, and every plan includes the integration. OMAK says it was the first POS provider in Sri Lanka to integrate with both (OMAK pricing and About pages).
The Restaurant POS page lists QR menu and table ordering, table management with reservations, point-based loyalty, a CRM with birthdays, coupons, cashback and campaigns, and multi-location management (OMAK Restaurant POS page).
Online ordering is not in the plan feature lists: the Online Ordering System is a separate USD $35 add-on, and waiter or table self-ordering (Mobile Order Management) is another USD $35. The billing period for add-ons is not stated (OMAK pricing and product pages).
OMAK's terms mention a setup fee but give no amount. Menu changes after the first upload, on-site support and extra training are charged at hourly or daily rates (OMAK terms).
The contract terms sit in a separate License Agreement that is not on OMAK's website. On termination, all outstanding licence and service fees fall due at once, and disputes go to the courts of Sri Lanka (OMAK terms).
Restaurants that want to start free on a commission-free ordering site and later pay per outlet for a branded app, loyalty and their own drivers
Deonde is an Indian white-label ordering and delivery platform whose restaurant product, Ressto, gives restaurants an ordering website with QR table ordering and table reservations, and on the top plan a branded iOS and Android app, loyalty and a driver app. A separate Deonde Express line ($99 to $399 a month) is for multi-vendor delivery marketplaces. Ressto has a free plan (100 orders a month, cash only) and paid plans at $39 and $99 per restaurant a month, with 0% commission on every plan.

The restaurant connects its own gateway account and receives the money directly. Ressto lists Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, SumUp, Xendit, Authorize.Net, Clover, USAePay, CardConnect and Bambora (Worldline), plus cash on delivery and pay at counter. Deonde's FAQ adds PayFort, Telr, Paystack, Flutterwave, MTN Mobile Money, M-Pesa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, saying gateways vary by region, and its country pages mention GCash and Maya (Philippines) and Lanka QR (Sri Lanka). Online payments need Ressto Growth or above; the free Basic plan is cash only.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Free-forever Ressto Basic plan with an ordering website, up to 10 QR codes for ordering, table reservations and 0% commission, for up to 100 orders a month (Ressto pricing page).
0% commission on every plan and no per-order fees on Ressto plans; the restaurant uses its own payment gateway, with Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, SumUp and six more listed (Ressto pricing and integrations pages).
The Scale plan ($99 per restaurant a month) includes a branded iOS and Android app published under the restaurant's name, a loyalty programme, and delivery management with a driver app and live tracking (Ressto pricing page).
The free Basic plan takes cash payments only, caps orders at 100 a month and carries Ressto's domain and branding; online payments start on Growth at $39 per restaurant a month (Ressto pricing page).
The branded app, loyalty, delivery management and driver app are only on Scale ($99 per restaurant a month), and POS integration is not in Basic, Growth or Scale; Ressto's POS page says it is available on custom plans.
Deonde's own pages disagree on plan details: the Basic menu-item limit is 50 on deonde.co but 200 on ressto.co, and the Ressto FAQ describes a $39 'Pro' plan with a branded app, while the pricing page puts the app in the $99 Scale plan.
Restaurants in Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore that want a yearly-priced POS with QR table ordering, pickup and own-rider delivery in the same system
BigPOS is a cloud POS for restaurants, retail and service businesses from Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Malaysia, with a Sri Lankan site and office in Colombo and a Singapore site priced in SGD. Its Pro plan can add a Smart QR Menu that takes dine-in and takeaway orders at the table, plus delivery and self-pickup orders through a shareable link, with delivery by the restaurant's own riders. Plans are paid by the year: BigPOS Pro is 56,100 LKR a year in Sri Lanka, and the QR ordering add-on is listed at $49 SGD.

From Rs 56,100/yr

Not published. The pricing pages list only plan fees and the QR ordering add-on, and say nothing about a per-order fee.
Online payments
QR Menu online payments go through the restaurant's own gateway account. The help centre's QR Menu payment guide lists FPX banking or Revenue Monster for Malaysia and Fomopay or 2C2P for Singapore. It also has payment articles for Thailand (GB Pay, PromptPay) and Australia (Till, Tyro), and names no online gateway for Sri Lanka. Delivery orders can be paid online or cash on delivery, and self-pickup orders online or in cash.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Multiple locations · Reservations
The Sri Lankan price is published: BigPOS Pro is 56,100 LKR a year and includes multi-outlet management, a loyalty programme, e-commerce integration and WhatsApp message blasting (BigPOS Sri Lanka pricing page).
The Pro plan's QR Menu takes dine-in and takeaway orders at the table. It also takes delivery and self-pickup orders through a shareable link, with opening hours and delivery fees set by distance. Orders go straight into the POS, and the restaurant assigns its own riders (BigPOS help centre).
One system covers the POS, a waiter app, kitchen and customer displays, a self-order kiosk, the B Reward loyalty app and table reservations (BigPOS F&B and software pages; help centre).
Online ordering is not in the Basic plan. The Smart QR Menu is for BigPOS Pro only and is a paid add-on, listed as '$49 SGD Add-on' with no billing period (BigPOS Sri Lanka pricing page; help centre).
The Sri Lankan pricing page shows no price for the Basic plan. The 'Free Trial' button opens a demo request form, not a self-serve sign-up, and that form lists only Malaysian states (BigPOS Sri Lanka pricing and book-a-demo pages).
Subscription fees are paid for a fixed term and are not refunded if the service ends early. The same terms list a charge of RM 80 to RM 150 per on-site visit when a fault is outside BigPOS's responsibility, and say a faulty equipment set must be replaced at the customer's own cost (BigPOS terms of use).

No gateway or processor is named. NooDelo says QR ordering lets guests order and pay from their table on their own phones, lists table-side payment on the Premium plan, and mentions 'multiple payment gateways'.
Prices are published in Sri Lankan rupees: Starter LKR 9,500, Essential LKR 10,900 and Premium LKR 15,400 a month, with a 14-day free trial (NooDelo home page).
The Premium plan adds QR code ordering, where guests order and pay from their phones at the table, plus a digital menu, table-side payment and Uber Eats integration. The feature list also names PickMe Foods integration and a self-ordering kiosk app (NooDelo home page).
One system covers the POS, reservations with SMS and email reminders, CRM and loyalty, SMS and email promotions, recipe-based inventory, a kitchen display and an offline mode for when the internet goes down (NooDelo home page).
QR table ordering is only on the top Premium plan (LKR 15,400 a month). Starter and Essential do not include it (NooDelo home page).
No ordering website for takeaway or delivery customers is described. The only customer ordering channels the site names are QR ordering at the table, a self-ordering kiosk app and Uber Eats and PickMe Foods integration (NooDelo home page).
Little is published: the site is a single page with no help centre, terms, privacy policy or named payment gateways. The plan 'Get Started' buttons do not link anywhere, the free-trial button is a phone link, and the FAQ mentions four pricing packages while the page shows three. The server reports the page was last changed on 16 August 2024. LinkedIn lists 2-10 employees (NooDelo home page; NooDelo on LinkedIn).
Sri Lankan restaurants that want a free QR menu with waiter call, or a full cloud POS with kitchen routing and inventory, and are happy to pay yearly in advance
FoodyMe is a cloud restaurant POS for Sri Lankan restaurants, made by Intech IT Solutions, a Sri Lankan software firm founded in 2015. It covers QR table ordering with a waiter call button, waiter ordering on phones and tablets, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen tickets and screens, recipe-level inventory, table bookings, and delivery and pickup orders with the restaurant's own drivers. The QR menu and waiter call are on a forever-free plan, while paid packages are quoted over WhatsApp and billed once a year in advance.

The home page says guests can 'scan, order, and pay' from their own phones, and Intech lists split bills and 'multiple payment modes'. Neither FoodyMe nor Intech names a payment gateway or card processor.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Multiple locations · Reservations
The Smart QR Menu and Waiter Call system is on a forever-free plan (FoodyMe FAQ). FoodyMe was already offering the QR menu and waiter call for free in March 2025 (archived FoodyMe home page).
One system covers QR ordering, waiter ordering on phones or tablets, self-ordering kiosks, kitchen tickets and screens that route items to the right kitchen, recipe-level stock, expenses, table bookings, and delivery and pickup with in-house drivers (FoodyMe home page; Intech FoodyMe page).
It runs in a browser on Android, iOS, Windows and Linux, so existing tablets and laptops work. One master dashboard can run 100+ branches with central inventory and reports (FoodyMe FAQ).
No prices are published for paid packages. The pricing page only offers a quote over WhatsApp, and packages are billed yearly and paid in full before the account is set up (FoodyMe pricing page; SaaS agreement).
All payments are non-refundable. Only features shown in the demo are guaranteed, and no custom changes are made (SaaS agreement).
Loyalty points and WhatsApp and SMS order alerts are listed as 'in development', not live (FoodyMe home page).
Sri Lankan restaurants, cafes and hotels that want QR table ordering with kitchen tickets for a one-time price
Digidine is a QR menu and table-ordering system made by Code Craft Apps in Sri Lanka. Guests scan a table QR code, browse the menu and send their order straight to the kitchen, and staff get real-time order alerts plus KOT and bill printing. It is sold to restaurants, cafes and hotels in Sri Lanka, set up by the Digidine team after a demo, and currently sells one Premium plan as a limited-time lifetime deal of LKR 24,900 paid once, with a 30-day free trial.
Price

No payment gateway is named on the Digidine site. The home page says guests can scan, order and pay, but the demo menu's checkout only asks for name, mobile number, order type and notes, with no online payment step. The terms say the software may integrate with third-party payment gateways, without naming any.
Includes: QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · POS · Multiple locations · Menu translation
One-time price: the Premium plan is a limited-time lifetime deal of LKR 24,900 with no subscriptions or recurring fees, and a 30-day free trial (Digidine pricing section).
The plan includes unlimited food items, restaurants and users, KOT and bill printing, a POS terminal and real-time order notifications (Digidine pricing section).
Guests order without an app or login and orders go straight to the kitchen. The Digidine team sets up the menu and trains staff, and says a restaurant can be running within a few days (Digidine home page and FAQ).
The lifetime price is labelled a limited-time offer ending 'Dec 31st', with no year given, on a page last updated 9 October 2025 that still showed it on 26 September 2026. No price after the offer is published (Digidine home page).
The home page says guests can 'scan, order, and pay', but the demo menu's checkout has no online payment step and the site names no payment gateway (Digidine home page, demo menu).
Set up for Sri Lanka: the customer menu shows every price in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and checks opening hours against Sri Lanka time. There is no self-serve sign-up; restaurants contact the team for a demo and setup (Digidine demo menu, FAQ, restaurant login page).
Small restaurants, cafés and sweet shops, mainly in India, that would rather pay once than monthly for an ordering website, app and QR ordering
FoodChow is an online ordering and POS platform from Tenacious Techies in Surat, India. It gives restaurants, cafés and sweet shops an ordering website, their own mobile app, QR table ordering, a POS billing app and delivery management for their own drivers. It sells one-time 'lifetime' plans from ₹5,475 in India ($300 elsewhere), and its pricing page lists a 1.8% fee on each order.
Price
From ₹5,475 one-time
Commission
1.8% per order on every plan (the pricing page's 'Per Order Commisson' row; its FAQ calls it a 1.8% transaction fee on every order). The same pricing page, the Features page and the homepage say cash orders carry 0% commission, and the homepage sign-up form promises 'zero commission'.
Online payments
Restaurants connect their own payment gateway and receive the money directly. The pricing page lists Razorpay on every plan, and FoodChow's FAQ page says restaurants set up their own PayPal account for online payments. Cash on delivery is also supported.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Prices are published: the 'lifetime' plans are paid once, from ₹5,475 in India or $300 elsewhere, rather than as a monthly subscription (FoodChow pricing page).
One platform covers an ordering website, the restaurant's own mobile app, QR table ordering, table reservations, pre-orders and a POS billing app (FoodChow pricing, Features and home pages).
Restaurants can run delivery with their own drivers from a delivery dashboard that assigns each order to a driver (FoodChow delivery dashboard page; 'Own Driver / Porter' on the pricing page).
The pricing page lists a 1.8% per-order commission on every plan, while the homepage promises zero commission; the pricing and Features pages say only cash orders are commission-free (FoodChow pricing, home and Features pages).
The entry plan covers takeaway and dine-in only. Delivery needs the ₹10,900 plan, and the full POS billing app, SEO and coaching need the ₹25,000 Growth Plan (FoodChow pricing page).
On the lifetime plans, WhatsApp integration (₹5,475 or $300 a year), extra menus (₹2,000 or $100 a year) and the Bio Link module (₹900 or $49 a month) cost extra (FoodChow pricing page).
Whether restaurants in Sri Lanka can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
