Can I create a WhatsApp Community for my restaurant?

Not on the Business app. The Help Center says it is not currently possible to create a community there.

• A Channel is a one-way broadcast. Followers do not see your profile name, picture or phone number.
• A broadcast list sends one message to up to 256 contacts who saved your number.
• Your Status reaches people who have your number saved.
• Pick one way, and always include your ordering link.
