Does the WhatsApp Business API have a monthly fee?

Meta lists no monthly fee for the API. It charges per message delivered. Your provider may add its own monthly fee, which Meta doesn't publish.

• Meta's pricing page shows per-message charges only. It shows no subscription or platform fee.
• Messages customers send you are free. You pay for messages delivered to them.
• From 1 October 2026, replies are charged too, after 1,000 free a month per number.
• Add a payment method to your WhatsApp Business account. Without one, replies stop after the free 1,000 a month.
• Providers set their own fees. Ask for the full monthly price in writing before you sign.
