How do I send a “we miss you” message on WhatsApp?
Updated 30 September 2026
Send a short offer to customers who agreed to hear from you: as a broadcast in the Business app, or as an approved marketing template on the API.
- Only message customers who opted in, and stop straight away for anyone who asks.
- Business app: a broadcast list holds up to 256 contacts, and only people who saved your number receive it.
- API: a win-back offer is a marketing template, at ₹0.8631 per delivered message in India and AED 0.2115 in the UAE from 1 October 2026.
- A new template can take up to 24 hours to be approved, so write it before you need it.
Bring back customers who stopped ordering
Menuthere sends comeback messages on WhatsApp from your own number, so customers who have gone quiet hear from you without you writing to each one by hand.
