How do I stop tips messages from the official WhatsApp Business chat?
Updated 3 October 2026
Archive or block the official WhatsApp Business chat. That stops its feature and tips messages.
- The real chat has a verified badge and the description Official WhatsApp Business account.
- Blocking the official chat stops only its tips. Your customer chats stay as they are.
- A message claiming to be WhatsApp without the badge is a scam.
- Keep your customer chats organised with labels so real orders stand out.
Keep real orders out of chat noise
Orders from your Menuthere page arrive in one dashboard and a partner app that rings until you accept, so no order gets lost among other messages.
