How many chats can I forward my menu to at once on WhatsApp?

You can forward a message to up to five people or groups at a time.

• Forwarding your menu one batch at a time is slow for a long customer list.
• A broadcast list holds up to 256 contacts and sends one message to all of them.
• Only people who saved your number receive a broadcast list message.
• Send the menu link, not a long list of dishes.
