The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in the UAE.
Restaurants in the UAE take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Foodics, qlub and Sapaad. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 6 say they take no commission on orders and none has a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Online ordering systems for restaurants in the UAE, compared
Not published. The pricing page lists only per-branch monthly fees, but Blink's help centre says a 'nominal transactional fee' is charged on every order (rate not given).
Not published. Deliverect's terms say that when Direct is sold on a hybrid fee, a transactional fee applies to online orders paid through the payment processing used with Direct, on top of the subscription. The rate is set in the quote.

Contract
Monthly or annual billing in Saudi Arabia; quarterly or annual in Egypt and Kuwait; only annual prices are shown for the UAE. The terms say a restaurant can close its account at any time without cost, but stays liable for outstanding fees, and amounts already charged are not refunded.
—
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Not published for the POS (set in each order). Add-ons are cheaper on 1-year and 2-year plans (Sapaad Direct and Loyalty pages), and the Terms of Service say quantities cannot be decreased during a paid term.
1-month or 12-month contract, paid in advance, that renews automatically (terms). The help centre describes a 1-year service agreement. Cancelling mid-term gives no refund. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on regular-price packages, but not on apps or custom work.
Subscription periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 12 months that renew automatically. Cancelling needs 15 days' notice for 30- or 90-day periods, 30 days for 6 months and 90 days for 12 months. Fees are non-refundable, and Deliverect can raise fees with 30 days' notice (terms of service, help centre).
Semi-annual or annual payment terms in most countries (only yearly prices are shown), monthly or yearly billing in Kuwait, and annual or Flexi quarterly billing in Egypt; ordable/ says plans can be changed or cancelled at any time.
The UAE pricing page says "Reject long-term contracts", but the UAE and UK Terms of Service both set a 6-month minimum commitment on every payment model, including SyrvePay. It renews automatically for further 6-month terms unless notice is given at least 1 month before the end. A restaurant that leaves early still owes the fixed fees for the rest of the term (or an early termination charge on SyrvePay), and fees are non-refundable.
—
UAE: billed annually, and the UAE page says 'No lock-in contract'. India: the billing period is not stated on the pricing page. The refund policy for customers outside India (last updated 3 June 2021) allows cancellation at any time: a full refund within 15 business days of signing up, minus the value of what was used; after that, annual plans are refunded according to usage, and monthly plans only if unused. The terms say that if a subscription is not renewed within 30 days of expiry the account goes dormant, and 60 days later all data, menus and files are deleted.

Restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf that want a POS with their own commission-free ordering website and app
Foodics is a cloud restaurant POS from Riyadh, and Foodics Online is its commission-free ordering website, branded iOS and Android app and QR menu, with orders going straight to the Foodics POS and kitchen screen. It sells to restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait and Jordan through a sales team and demos. It charges a monthly subscription for POS bundles in local currency: in Saudi Arabia the online web store comes with the Basic bundle (SAR 742 a month billed annually) and the branded app with Advanced.

Saudi Arabia: the Foodics Online payment gateway, powered by Checkout, takes Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay after an e-KYC form; the Online Features page says settlements arrive in 2 to 3 business days (a March 2025 help article says 2 to 4). Egypt: Paymob through the MoneyHash integration, with Visa, Mastercard or cash on delivery. Tap Payments (cards and Apple Pay) can also be installed. Foodics Pay, Foodics' own payment service, covers the payment terminal, kiosk, pay at table, pay by link and online orders, taking Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and digital wallets.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation
Foodics Online is commission-free and has no setup costs for the website and app. The store can run on the restaurant's own domain (Foodics Online page, Online Features page).
Orders sync straight to the Foodics POS and kitchen display. Restaurants can deliver with their own drivers through a Driver App, or use a built-in delivery aggregator integration (Online Features page).
Offers a branded iOS and Android ordering app, QR table ordering, scheduled orders, loyalty points, coupons and push notifications, with menus in Arabic and English (Online Features page).
The online web store is not in the cheapest bundle. In Saudi Arabia it starts with Basic at SAR 742 a month billed annually, and the branded app and online loyalty need Advanced at SAR 1,133 (Foodics pricing page).
No stand-alone online ordering plan is published. Foodics Online works with the Foodics POS and is sold inside its bundles or as an add-on to them (Foodics pricing pages, Online UAE page).
Hardware is not in the listed prices. Foodics sends a quote based on the restaurant's hardware and software after a demo (Foodics pricing page).
Sit-down restaurants, cafés and hotels in the Gulf that want guests to order and pay at the table by QR code, linked to their POS
qlub is a Dubai-based QR ordering and payment platform for restaurants, cafés and hotels: guests scan a code at the table or counter to see the menu, order, split the bill, tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay without downloading an app. It is sold through demos in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Brazil and the US, and connects to the restaurant's existing POS or runs on its own. qlub makes its money on the payments it processes and publishes no prices or rates.

qlub takes the payment itself: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay from the guest's phone after a QR scan, plus its SoftPOS "Smart Integrated Terminal" and payment links for catering, reservations and events. Stripe's case study says qlub has run its payments on Stripe (Payments, Connect, Terminal and Tap to Pay) since launch, naming restaurants in the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia and South Korea.
Guests scan a QR code to order with modifiers, split the bill (equally, by item or by amount), tip and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with no app download (qlub Order-and-Pay and Pay-at-Table pages).
Connects to the restaurant's existing POS, with 107 POS integrations listed, or runs standalone (qlub integrations and Order-and-Pay pages).
Local country sites in 11 markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, US) plus sales contacts in Egypt, Jordan and South Korea; qlub says 3,000+ restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses use it.
No published pricing or transaction rates: every restaurant has to book a demo to get a quote.
Built around dine-in: the Order-and-Pay page describes table-side, counter and poolside orders and does not mention delivery or a standalone online ordering website.
Not a POS itself: its products (Pay-at-Table, Order-and-Pay, Digital Menu, Payment Links, SoftPOS terminal, qlub+ Rewards) are built to connect to the restaurant's existing POS or run standalone.

The restaurant connects a payment gateway to Sapaad.Online. On the international, UAE, Saudi and Kuwait sites Sapaad names Stripe, Magnati, PayTabs, MyFatoorah and Worldpay. On the India site it names Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree, MSwipe and Stripe, with card, UPI and wallet payments.

Sapaad.Online gives the restaurant an ordering website on its own domain, with its logo and colours, and no commission on orders. Online orders go straight into the Sapaad POS and Kitchen Display System (Sapaad.Online page).
The same system covers QR table ordering with group tabs and bill splitting (Sapaad Direct), self-ordering kiosks, orders from Talabat, Deliveroo and Zomato, and Sapaad Dash, an in-house rider app for Android and iOS with live tracking (Sapaad product pages).
Localised for the Gulf and India. Sapaad has local sites for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (English and Arabic) and for India, Singapore and the US. Sapaad.Online menus can be translated into Arabic, and it works with local gateways: Magnati, PayTabs and MyFatoorah in the Gulf; Razorpay, Paytm and Cashfree with UPI in India.
Sapaad.Online is not sold on its own. It is a $29.99-a-month add-on that needs a Sapaad POS subscription (Sapaad.Online FAQ).
No POS prices are published. The pricing page only offers a custom quote, so the full monthly cost is unknown until you talk to sales.
The Terms of Service say quantities cannot be decreased during a paid term, and the length of each term is set in the restaurant's order rather than published (Sapaad Terms of Service).
Multi-branch restaurant chains in Pakistan and the Gulf that want a branded ordering website and app, a POS and their own delivery fleet from one supplier
Blink is a restaurant ordering platform from Blink Co. Technologies, a company registered in Singapore with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Riyadh; it started in 2018 as the Eat Mubarak delivery app and switched to direct ordering in 2020. It gives restaurants a branded ordering website and iOS and Android apps, QR ordering at the table, and its own POS, loyalty and marketing tools and a rider app for the restaurant's own drivers. It is sold to multi-branch restaurants in Pakistan and the Gulf through a demo and a signed contract, priced per branch per month in US dollars ($50 for a website, $100 for a website plus app, POS from $30), and its help centre says a small fee is also charged on every order, without saying how much.

Restaurants with an existing provider can connect it through Deliverect Gateway, and enterprises can use the Pay API. Offline methods (cash, card, invoice) can also be set up.

Covers the whole direct channel: a branded website that can use the restaurant's own domain, table QR ordering, ordering from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, delivery and pickup on the Google profile, pre-order slots, delivery zones with a fee per zone, coupons, cashback loyalty and email or SMS campaigns (Direct, Online Ordering, Social Media Ordering and Marketing & Loyalty pages; help centre).
Restaurants can use Deliverect's own payments (Dpay: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and regional methods) or connect the payment provider they already have through Deliverect Gateway (Dpay page).
No published price for Direct. The pricing page only offers 'Get a Quote', and the Online Ordering FAQ says pricing varies by market (Deliverect pricing and Online Ordering pages).
Its terms allow a transactional fee on online orders paid through Deliverect's payment processing, on top of the subscription (the hybrid fee). The subscription is paid upfront, fees are non-refundable, and fees can be raised with 30 days' notice (terms of service).
Subscriptions renew automatically. A 12-month term needs 90 days' notice to cancel, and data is permanently removed after the subscription ends (terms of service, 'Cancel a subscription' help article).

POS orders can be paid by payment link.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation
No commission on any package, and online payments go into the restaurant's own payment-gateway account (ordable/ pricing FAQ).

Local prices in eight currencies across the Gulf, Jordan and Egypt, and a local team: a sales consultant builds the package, then the success team runs training and sets up the domain and the payment and delivery integrations (ordable/ pricing, online-ordering and Bahrain pages).
No free plan and no self-serve sign-up: "Get Started" leads to a contact page, and the store opens after a sales consultant builds the package and the invoice is paid (ordable/ online-ordering page).
Prices are published per year (for example 199 BD in Bahrain, 3,000 AED in the UAE, 3,500 SAR in Saudi Arabia) and payment terms are six-monthly or yearly; monthly billing is offered only in Kuwait, with a 50 KD setup fee (ordable/ pricing pages).

In store, SyrvePay is a POS plugin that runs card, contactless and mobile payments through a regional third-party processor. Viva Wallet is listed as a payment integration, and card machines integrate on every plan.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
Prices are published per till: AED 250, 350 or 450 a month in the UAE and £49, £79 or £99 a month in the UK, ex VAT, with lower yearly prices (pricing pages).

It has its own delivery tools: a Driver App with navigation and live location, and Captain, an AI routing and dispatch platform. Driver tracking and customer SMS notifications come with Enterprise and the UK Flexi plan (delivery page, pricing pages).
The Terms of Service set a 6-month minimum commitment that renews automatically. A restaurant that leaves early still pays the fixed fees for the rest of the term, even though the UAE pricing page says "Reject long-term contracts".
There is no free plan and no self-serve signup: every plan starts with "Book a demo". Fees are charged per till, and the Driver App costs £12 a month per device on top on Professional and Enterprise (pricing pages).
Online ordering and order-to-table are marked "Options Available", with no price published, on most plans. The branded app and website section of the delivery page says it integrates orders from Quick Serve and LoyaltyPlant, which the integrations directory lists as a separate white-label ordering platform (pricing pages, delivery page, store directory).

One platform covers an ordering website, a branded iOS and Android app, table and takeaway QR ordering and self-order kiosks, with orders going straight to the Restroworks POS and kitchen (RestroNext page, RestroAPP page, RestroSCAN page).
Done-for-you setup: Restroworks designs the site, uploads the menu, connects the domain and handles SEO, with a dedicated onboarding specialist and 24/7 live chat and ticket support (RestroWEB page).
No prices are published. The pricing page only offers an estimate based on the software modules, number of terminals and hardware (Pricing page).
Aimed at chains: Restroworks describes itself as built for large chains and franchise networks and "not an SMB tool", and there is no self-serve sign-up: the RestroWEB "Get Your Website Now" button leads to a demo request form (company information page, RestroWEB page, Contact page).
The payment gateway and card processing rates for online orders are not published (RestroWEB page, Pricing page).

India prices are published: the Base Plan is ₹12,000 before tax, with unlimited users and terminals and 24x7 online support (Petpooja Pricing page).
The ordering website is not in the base plan. In the UAE, My Website and the Digital QR Menu are in Growth and Scale, not Core (Petpooja Pricing and UAE Pricing pages).
No free plan and no online sign-up: product pages lead to a demo booking form, and in the UAE only a starting price is published, with the exact price given on the demo call (Petpooja Pricing and UAE pages).
If a subscription is not renewed within 30 days of expiry the account goes dormant, and 60 days later all data, menus and files are deleted. Whether restaurants in the UAE can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
