How do I find out how new customers heard about my restaurant on WhatsApp?

Ask one friendly question in your first reply: how did you find us? Keep a simple tally for a few weeks and put more effort into what works.

• Write it as part of your greeting: welcome, and how did you hear about us?
• Keep a short list in a notebook or sheet: Instagram, friend, sign, Google, flyer.
• Use a different link or QR code on each flyer or sign, so you can tell them apart.
• Do not guess. If a customer is unsure, write other.
• Review the tally once a month and stop spending on what brings nobody.
