Can Zomato change its fees and terms for my restaurant?

Yes. Zomato can change any fee with 7 days' notice, and changes to its terms apply as soon as they appear on the platform. If you don't accept them, either side can end the contract on 7 days' written notice.

• The fees it can change include the service fee, payment mechanism fee, refund charges and sign-up fee.
• The current restaurant terms were last updated on 19 September 2025.
• If Zomato changes Zomato Gold, you can leave Gold on 15 days' notice without a termination fee.
• You can opt out of a Promotion at any time, without notice.
