Can I call a customer on WhatsApp to confirm an order?

Only on the Cloud API, and only with the customer's permission. The Business app does not support these calling features.

• Permission: your business must have the customer's permission before it calls them on WhatsApp.
• Countries: business calls are not available when the business number starts with the United States, Canada, Egypt, Vietnam or Nigeria code.
• Number: the calling API needs a number on the Cloud API, not the Business app.
• Confirm by written message with the total, time and address, so there is a record. Call by normal phone only if the customer asks.
