How do I confirm a WhatsApp order?
Updated 30 September 2026
Reply in the same chat with the items, total, time and payment status, and ask the customer to reply OK. Save the message below as a quick reply so it takes seconds.
- Include everything the customer agreed to: items and quantities, total, ready or delivery time, address for delivery and whether payment is done.
- Ask for a simple OK. It gives you a clear yes to point back to if there is a question later.
- Save the message as a quick reply. You can store up to 50 and call one by typing “/”.
- Add a label such as Confirmed to the chat, so you can see which orders are agreed.
- In India, WhatsApp says its Order Details or Order Summary is no substitute for an invoice, bill or receipt.
Confirm orders without typing each message
Orders placed on your Menuthere page arrive in your dashboard and partner app, which rings until you accept. Customers then get automatic order-status updates in the WhatsApp chat, so you do not type each confirmation.
