Can I share a customer's WhatsApp chat as a testimonial?

No. WhatsApp's Business Policy says you may not forward or share information from a customer chat with any other customer.
- Do not post chat screenshots as reviews or testimonials.
- Ask happy customers to leave a Google review.
- Or ask them to post their own words on their own page.
Get reviews from customers themselves
