How do I match cash and UPI payments at the end of the day?

Tag every order cash, UPI or cash on delivery when you confirm it. At closing, compare cash orders with the drawer and UPI orders with the credits in your UPI or bank app.

• Tag the payment mode on every order: use a label (the app allows up to 20) or a column in your sheet.
• Cash: add up the cash orders and compare with the drawer, less the cash you started the day with.
• UPI: add up the UPI orders and compare with the day's credits in your UPI or bank app, matching by amount and time.
• Cash on delivery: count the cash each rider hands back as part of the cash total.
• WhatsApp does not reconcile payments for you. Meta's Brazil payments guide says the business matches them with its payment provider.
