How do tiffin services manage orders on WhatsApp?
Updated 30 September 2026
A simple setup is the free WhatsApp Business app: send the daily menu to a broadcast list, let subscribers reply to confirm, skip or pause, and use labels to track who has paid.
- Daily menu: a broadcast list holds up to 256 contacts, and only people who saved your number receive it. Replies arrive as separate chats.
- More than 256 subscribers: make more lists. You can create as many broadcast lists as you like.
- Skip, pause, renew: subscribers reply in the chat and you mark it with a label. You can create up to 20 labels.
- Repeat questions: save answers about menu, timing and payment as quick replies. You can store up to 50.
- Groups: use a broadcast list for the menu, and a group only if you want subscribers to talk to each other.
Take advance tiffin orders in one dashboard
Customers order ahead for a date and time on your Menuthere page. You draw your delivery areas on a map, and every order and customer detail sits in one dashboard instead of many chats.
