Can I leave Uber Eats while an offer or ad is running?

Under Uber Eats' US terms either side can end the deal with 60 days' written notice, but you cannot end it while an Offer or Sponsored Listing is live.
- Finish or stop any live Offer or Sponsored Listing first, then give notice.
- The 60 days of notice applies to any reason, as the terms read.
- These are the US terms, last modified 2 June 2026. Other countries have their own terms.
- Plan your exit: tell regulars where to order directly before the app listing goes.
- Keep taking orders on your own link in the meantime.
