Can Uber Eats change my menu prices without asking me?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
Under Uber Eats' US terms you give Uber your in-store price, and if the app price is different it may update the app price to match. Failing to comply can mean suspension or removal.
- The wording starts with unless prohibited by applicable laws, so local law can change this.
- Germany: for restaurants that signed after 3 November 2024, the terms say app prices are in-store prices.
- The terms are the US page last modified 2 June 2026 and the German page of 16 September 2025.
- If you mark up your app prices to cover commission, read your own agreement first.
- Your own link has no price rule, so you choose prices.
Your prices, your rules
On your Menuthere ordering link nobody changes your prices. You set each price and size, and no commission is taken on any order.
