The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Czechia.
Restaurants in Czechia take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Choice, speedlo and Qerko. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 5 say they take no commission on orders and 3 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Contract
Monthly, or a fixed 12- or 24-month term at 10% or 20% off. Under the Polish partner terms, the flexible monthly plan needs 3 calendar months' notice to cancel, or 6 months if the restaurant uses QR pay-at-table. A restaurant that leaves a fixed term early must pay the rest of the term. Choice can change its price list with 14 days' notice, and can end the contract at once in writing, even without cause.
The contract runs with no end date. Either side can end it with 2 months' notice, counted from the first day of the month after notice is delivered (terms 14.1–14.2). The FAQ says the contracts carry no long-term commitment.
Qerko payments: no fixed term is published. The merchant terms (effective 1 June 2026) let Qerko set a minimum monthly number of payments in the price list or cooperation agreement and bill any shortfall as Qerko fees, and let Qerko raise fees by notice; the restaurant may terminate if fees rise by more than 25% in a calendar year. Qpoint: licensed for the period ordered (1 year by default), renewing automatically unless cancelled in writing 2 months before the period ends.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
Depends on the country. Germany: 36-, 12- or 3-month terms (shorter terms cost more). France: 12 months, 3 months or no commitment. Italy: 12 months, 6 months or no commitment. Spain (DISH Premium): 12 months, 6 months or no commitment. Poland and Croatia: 12 months or no commitment. The Austrian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Slovak pages show no term.
Indefinite contract. Either side can cancel with 30 days' notice (terms art. 7.1–7.2). The eShop and app pages say 'Bez závazků' (no commitment) with 30 days free. Annual payment is optional and earns a discount.
Open-ended unless the order sets a fixed term. Either side can end it with three months' notice, starting on the first day of the month after notice is delivered. A fixed term turns into an open-ended contract unless the customer objects at least 30 days before it ends; ending before an agreed minimum term means paying in one sum for the whole agreed term. Fees are charged monthly to a card and may start 7 days after both sides sign (general terms valid from 1 January 2023). Business customers only.

Restaurants and small chains in Czechia and Poland that want their own ordering website, QR table ordering and their Wolt, Bolt and Foodora orders on one tablet
Choice (Choice QR) is a restaurant platform run by a Prague company. It gives restaurants, cafés, bars and hotels an ordering website on their own domain for delivery and takeaway, QR menus with table ordering and pay-at-table, table reservations, and Collection Point, a single tablet for Wolt, Bolt, Foodora and other delivery-app orders. It sells through local sites, including Czechia, Poland, Romania and Hungary. The Basic plan is free but charges a 3% fee on orders paid online; paid plans cost €40 to €125 a month (990 to 2,990 Kč in Czechia), and the two top plans drop the fee to 0%.

3% Choice fee on delivery and takeaway orders paid online on Basic (free) and Standard; 0% on Smart and Pro. Cash orders carry no Choice fee.
Online payments
Online card payments go through Adyen. Choice connects the restaurant to Adyen's platform service, and the payment agreement is between the restaurant and Adyen N.V. The global and Polish sites list cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Under the Polish terms, customers can also pay cash or by card when they collect or receive the order.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
The free Basic plan includes an ordering website on the restaurant's own domain, a QR menu, QR table ordering and pay-at-table, a customer database, promo codes and email marketing (Choice pricing pages).
Collection Point puts orders from the delivery apps on one tablet: Wolt, Bolt, Foodora, Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat Takeaway on the global site, with JidloPodNos in Czechia and Pyszne.pl in Poland. It is included from Smart on the global site and in Pro in Czechia and Poland, and is a paid add-on on the lower plans (Choice pricing pages).
Delivery works with the restaurant's own couriers or with on-demand couriers such as Wolt Drive, Uber Direct, Glovo On-Demand, Foodora Go and, in Poland, Stuart (Choice pricing pages; Polish site; Poradnik Restauratora, April 2023).
The free and Standard plans take 3% of every delivery or takeaway order paid online. The fee drops to 0% only on Smart (€85 a month) or Pro (€125 a month). The free plan is also for restaurants with at least 70 orders a month (Choice pricing pages).
Hard to leave: under the Polish partner terms the monthly plan needs 3 months' notice, or 6 months with QR pay-at-table, and leaving a 12- or 24-month term early means paying the rest of it (Polish partner terms).
Online card payments run through Adyen on Interchange++ pricing: a 1.5% + 2.50 Kč processing fee on top of interchange and scheme fees in Czechia. In Poland, Choice may also add a service fee of 0.90 to 4.50 zł to the customer's order (payment price lists; Polish partner terms).
Czech delivery restaurants and pizzerias that want their own ordering e-shop, apps, POS and driver tracking from one local supplier, paid monthly or per order
speedlo is a Czech ordering system from speedlo s.r.o. in Pardubice: a branded ordering e-shop, Android and iOS apps, QR ordering from the table, self-service kiosks, a POS, kitchen screens and a driver app, all run from one admin. It is sold under a contract to Czech restaurants, bistros, fast-food and delivery businesses (it also has customers in Slovakia), and says more than 500 restaurants use its e-shop. Prices exclude VAT: Standard has no monthly fee but takes 1.5–8% of e-shop orders, Lite costs 2,000 Kč a month with e-shop orders included, and Profesional costs 3,000 Kč a month plus 1.5–5%.

Depends on plan and channel. Standard takes 1.5–8% of e-shop/kiosk orders and 3–10% of app orders. Profesional takes 1.5–5% and 3–8%. On Lite, e-shop and kiosk orders are covered by the 2,000 Kč monthly fee. On every plan, speedlo takes 10% of orders from its speedlo.cz portal and 1% of orders taken in from Foodora, Wolt and similar apps. The terms say the rate is agreed in the contract and charged on the order price including VAT, and that speedlo may change it after giving notice.
Online payments
Online card payments in the e-shop and apps go through the ČSOB Marketplace or Adyen gateway (terms, articles 7–8). speedlo collects the money and pays it out monthly. Its integrations page lists Global Payments, GP tom and ČSOB, and the driver app takes card payments at the door through GP tom. Customers can also pay by card when they collect the order at the restaurant, or in cash when they receive it (terms 3.3).
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
One supplier covers the whole order flow: a branded e-shop, Android and iOS apps, QR ordering from the table (speedlo číšník), self-service kiosks, a POS, kitchen screens, a driver app with live tracking, and a caller app that recognises phone customers (speedlopro service pages, terms).
It connects to Foodora, Wolt, Bolt, Bistro.sk and Jídlo Pod Nos for orders, and to the Dotykačka, Storyous, Awis and Arrowsys POS systems. A restaurant without its own drivers can call Wolt Drive or Foodora GO couriers from the speedlo admin (integrations and delivery pages).
The Lite plan costs 2,000 Kč a month (excl. VAT) and takes no percentage of e-shop and kiosk orders; the 1.5% online-payment fee still applies, and apps cost 500 Kč a month. The e-shop and Android app are built free on every plan, and the FAQ says basic hardware is lent with no upfront investment (price list, home page FAQ).
Most plans charge commission. Standard takes 1.5–8% of e-shop/kiosk orders and 3–10% of app orders, and Profesional takes 1.5–5% and 3–8%. On top, every plan pays 1.5% on online payments and 10% on speedlo.cz portal orders. The rate is set per contract on the order total including VAT, and speedlo can change prices and commission after giving notice (price list, terms 9.1 and 9.4).
There is no self-serve sign-up, and the restaurant site is in Czech only. You sign a contract and send your company details, menu and logo. speedlo says to expect the first order within 4 weeks, and the terms allow up to 30 days to set up admin access (home page FAQ, terms 3.2).
Online card payments land in speedlo's own account. They are paid out once a month, minus its fees, gateway commission, disputed payments and chargebacks, by the 15th of the following month; the FAQ says around the 10th. An earlier payout by payment order is free once a month on Lite (twice on Standard, five times on Profesional), then costs 200 Kč each (100 Kč on Profesional) (terms 9.6, price list, home page FAQ).
Czech, Slovak and Hungarian restaurants, pubs and cafés with a compatible POS that want guests to order, split the bill and pay from their phones at the table
Qerko is a Czech pay-at-table and ordering app: guests scan a QR code on the table to see the menu, order, split the bill and pay, and orders and payments go straight into the restaurant's existing POS. It sells to restaurants, pubs and cafés in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, with table reservations, a loyalty programme and a listing in its restaurant guide included. In Czechia and Slovakia there is no monthly fee (restaurants pay a fixed fee on each Qerko payment, 1.35% card processing and a one-time starter pack), while Hungary has monthly packages from 10,000 HUF.

Qerko processes payments itself through Piano Payments s.r.o., which holds an EU-wide payment-institution licence from the Czech National Bank, and pays restaurants within 48 working hours of receiving each payment (merchant terms). Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; in selected venues also by Pluxee, Edenred, Naše Stravenka, Benefit Plus or Up meal-voucher cards, or later with Twisto or Mall Pay. Qerko says venues can accept up to 15 payment methods, including Bitcoin. Qpoint's web shop has a built-in payment gateway (provider not named). Qerko also sells Piano Terminal, a card terminal linked to the till: service priced by quote, hardware 380 CZK a month or free above a set turnover, with a 24-month commitment.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Reservations
No monthly subscription in Czechia or Slovakia. One per-payment price (2.90 CZK or 0.12 EUR, plus 1.35% card processing) covers QR payment and bill splitting, mobile and take-away ordering, reservations, a digital menu with photos, guest messaging and a loyalty programme (Qerko price lists).
Works inside the restaurant's existing till: the menu is pulled from the POS, orders appear on the till or as a kitchen ticket with no extra tablet, and payments are marked on the bill. Qerko lists 26 partner POS systems in Czechia, including Dotykačka, Storyous and R_Keeper, and 6 in Hungary; its comparison table shows that supported features differ from one POS to another.
Large guest base: Qerko says more than 1.5 million guests use it in three European countries. CzechCrunch (February 2026) reported 1.7 million registered users, just under 340,000 paying through the app each month, more than 3 billion CZK paid through it in 2025, and about 1,600 restaurants in Czechia and about 100 in Hungary.
Every payment carries a fixed fee (2.90 CZK in Czechia) on top of 1.35% card processing, and meal-voucher cards cost 1.9% to 5.5%. A one-time starter pack of 2,890 to 12,590 CZK plus VAT is also charged, depending on the number of tables.
Since 20 July 2026, guests in Czechia pay a 3 CZK service fee on each Qerko payment except prepaid orders, and Qerko told CzechCrunch that restaurants cannot currently cover it for their guests.
Not a till of its own: Qerko connects to the restaurant's POS from its list of partner systems, and the Slovak price list says POS vendor fees are not included.

Czech restaurants and delivery pizzerias that want their own eShop, app and delivery tools, plus a POS, from one local supplier at a flat monthly fee with no order commission
Objednáme is a Czech restaurant system, also sold as OrderMage. It gives restaurants their own ordering eShop, branded iOS and Android apps, QR table ordering, a kiosk, the eBase POS, the eRide courier app and eConnect, which brings Wolt, Bolt and Foodora orders into one place. Each module has a flat monthly price per branch (the eShop lists at 1,340 CZK a month excl. VAT), with discounts for bundles, annual billing and chains, and no commission on orders.

Online card payment is offered: the app page's demo checkout offers 'Kartou online' (card online) or 'Hotově při převzetí' (cash on handover), and Objednáme's own comparison table ticks 'Online platby' (online payments). The admin settings include 'payment gateways', and payment terminals can be linked (eShop article). No payment provider or rate is named.
Flat monthly fee per branch with no commission on orders and no entry fee. The first 30 days are free, and the eShop page says there is no commitment (pricing page, eShop page).
One supplier for ordering and operations: eShop, branded iOS and Android apps, QR table ordering, kiosk, the eBase POS, table reservations, stock and the eRide courier app, which also works with the restaurant's own couriers. Each is sold as a separate module (pricing page, eRide page). Google Play lists restaurant apps published by Objednáme s.r.o., such as Medvěd pizza.
eConnect puts Wolt, Bolt and Foodora orders, menus and open/closed status in one place (eConnect article). A Wolt Drive add-on lets a restaurant hand chosen deliveries to Wolt couriers from the Objednáme screen (CzechCrunch sponsored article, 18 October 2024).
Every module is billed per branch, so a full setup adds up. eShop, eQR and the eBase POS together list at 3,920 CZK a month per branch before discounts, and all pricing-page prices exclude VAT (pricing page).
The published prices do not match. The pricing page lists the eShop and eRide at 1,340 CZK a month each and 15% off for annual payment. The eShop page shows 1,990 CZK a month (1,390 CZK on an annual plan), the eRide page 2,200 CZK a month (1,340 CZK annual), the eBase page 30% off and the app page 20% off for annual payment. Final prices come from a sales offer.
Under the business terms (v1.0, 2020), the one-time setup price is not refunded if the restaurant cancels. Objednáme does not back up the restaurant's data (the restaurant can export it), can delete it 15 days after the contract ends and does not have to help migrate it (art. 3.2.1, 7.4).

Adaptee Gastro is a Czech online ordering and POS system for restaurants, made by Adaptee Gastro, s.r.o. of Třebíč. It gives a restaurant its own ordering website, QR table ordering, a self-order kiosk, phone-order handling, a driver app and a POS, and brings Foodora and Wolt orders onto the same tablet; it says hundreds of businesses in Czechia and Slovakia use it. It charges a monthly fee in Czech koruna plus a share of online orders: from 290 Kč a month plus 4.9% on Start to 9,900 Kč a month with 0% on Pro, excluding VAT.

Online card payments run through a payment gateway that Adaptee arranges with a licensed payment provider (terms, section 2.1); its integrations page lists Global Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mallpay and Naše stravenka meal vouchers. The gateway fee is 1.5% on every plan, and Adaptee may hold back part of the gateway payouts to cover its monthly bill (terms, section 6.6). On one restaurant's Adaptee ordering site (Bejkn bistro), customers pay cash or meal vouchers at pickup or on delivery, or by card online; the payment link is emailed only after the restaurant confirms the order and must be paid within 5 minutes.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
The pricing page lists one system for all plans: POS, ordering website, phone orders with caller ID, QR table ordering, driver app, kitchen display, QR menu, promo codes, a spend-based credit system, email and SMS campaigns, and a page that links several branches (Adaptee Gastro pricing page).
Foodora and Wolt orders arrive on the same tablet app, which also passes orders to the POS systems Dotykačka, Storyous, Orderlord and Portos (Slovakia) and links to the delivery services Wolt Drive and Prorozvoz (pricing, integrations and apps pages).
Delivery tools include delivery zones with their own settings, a driver app that tracks the driver by GPS and texts the customer when the order is close, pausing orders for a set time, and pre-orders or special opening times (pricing and apps pages).
The cheaper plans take a share of online orders: 4.9% on Start (which also caps orders at 300 a month) and 1.9% on Plus; 0% only on Pro at 9,900 Kč a month (pricing page).
Several parts cost extra on Start: the mobile app 500 Kč a month, an own domain 200 Kč a month, the kiosk app 2,000 Kč a month and 2 Kč per Foodora or Wolt order. Even on Pro the kiosk app is 500 Kč a month, and online card payments cost 1.5% on every plan (pricing page).
Three months' notice to cancel, and ending before an agreed minimum term means paying for the whole agreed term in one sum (general terms, section 8).
Czech pizzerias and delivery restaurants that sell on Wolt, Bolt and Foodora and want those orders, their own ordering website and their own couriers run from one tablet
RESTIA is a Czech order-management system from RESTIA servis s.r.o. of Liberec. It puts Wolt, Bolt, Foodora and website orders on one tablet and sends them to the restaurant's POS. It also offers dispatch tools and a courier app for restaurants with their own drivers, and can set up the restaurant's own ordering eshop, which it says has no fees on orders. RESTIA says more than 500 restaurants use it. It does not publish a price list: the products page's description says from 800 Kč a month, and the site says the price depends on how many delivery platforms you connect, whether you run your own couriers and whether you take the website.

The eshop takes online card payments through a payment gateway, with Apple Pay and Google Pay (products page). Under the terms of use, customers are sent to the provider's gateway, where RESTIA servis s.r.o. is named as the payee, and RESTIA tells the restaurant about the order once the payment succeeds. The gateway provider is not named. Depending on what the restaurant offers, customers can instead pay cash or with meal vouchers on collection, or by card to the courier (terms, article V.2). The eshop's checkout also has options for meal-voucher cards online and for cash or card at pickup or to the courier, which each restaurant switches on or off (demo eshop).
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration
Orders from Wolt, Bolt, Foodora, Jídlo pod nos, Bistro.sk and the restaurant's own eshop appear on one tablet. RESTIA can confirm them automatically with a preset preparation time and send them into POS systems such as Dotykačka, Storyous, Mefisto, r_keeper, POS Experts, Halberštát and Enjoy (homepage and its structured data).
Menu Manager puts the menu on Foodora, Wolt, Bolt and the restaurant's own website in one click and makes all changes within 30 seconds. A sold-out dish can be hidden on every platform at once (products page and homepage).
The restaurant's own eshop has no fees on orders and offers card payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay, delivery zones, a bonus programme, offers and vouchers, and a QR menu (products page).
There is no price list. The site says the price depends on the platforms, couriers and website you take, and the only figure is "from 800 Kč a month" in the products page's description (products page and homepage).
RESTIA Lite connects only one online profile and has no extended statistics. Delivery statistics, live arrival times, the logbook and dispatcher route planning come only with controlled dispatch, and automatic route planning is still in preparation at 490 Kč a month (products page).
Under its terms of use (in force since 1 January 2018), online card payments on the eshop go through a gateway that names RESTIA servis s.r.o. as the payee, not the restaurant, and neither the gateway nor its fee is published (terms of use, article V.3).

Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
