The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Finland.
Restaurants in Finland take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Wolt Storefront, Restolution and Foozu. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 5 say they take no commission on orders and 1 has a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

No fixed term published: under Wolt's Finnish General Terms, after any trial period either side can end the agreement or a product addendum with 30 days' written notice (15.2), and Wolt can change commissions and fees with at least 15 days' notice (16.1).
Kespro's packages run for a fixed 24 months, then continue with 6 months' notice. Under Restolution's general terms, open-ended agreements end with 3 months' written notice (2 months for a cloud service), leaving a fixed term early costs the average monthly bill times the months left, and price list increases also apply to fixed-term agreements.

Fixed terms of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. After the term either side can end it with 30 days' written notice; ending early may bring penalties or outstanding payments (terms, last updated March 2025).

Not published today. The archived service agreement (terms updated April 2022) was a monthly membership with a two-month notice period, given in writing. Eximedia could change the terms with at least one month's notice, and the restaurant could then cancel. Eximedia could end the service without notice if two invoices were overdue.
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.

Where Menuthere fits in Finland
Your own ordering page, without paying commission.
0% commission on every plan: your customers' orders are yours in full.
Free to start, with 50 orders a month. Lite is $9 a month for unlimited orders and your own domain.
Your own ordering website, QR menus and table ordering, with a partner app that rings until you accept each order.
Pro adds WhatsApp order updates on your own number, loyalty points and your own delivery riders.
Online card payments aren't available in Finland yet: customers pay cash, on delivery or at pickup, and card payments are planned.
Restaurants already selling on Wolt in its European markets that want direct orders from their own website, social media and Google profile without new hardware, and accept a per-order commission
Wolt Storefront is a restaurant-branded online ordering page, built and run by the Helsinki-based delivery company Wolt, that a restaurant links from its website, social media, Google profile and in-store QR codes. It is an optional add-on to a Wolt merchant agreement, sold only in Wolt's own markets, and its orders arrive on the same Wolt tablet or POS integration as Wolt app orders. There is no published subscription: Wolt charges a commission and fees on each Storefront order, at rates set in each merchant's agreement or sign-up sheet.

Not published: a percentage of each order's price, plus VAT on the commission, set in each merchant's agreement or sign-up sheet (Storefront and Marketplace Product Addenda)
Online payments
Wolt processes all Storefront payments: the Storefront page lists credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Wolt (or Wolt License Services Oy, a licensed payment institution) collects the money on the merchant's behalf and pays out weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or every six days, less commissions and fees.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · Marketing tools · Multiple locations
Restaurants already on Wolt use the same Wolt tablet or POS integration and can reuse their Wolt Marketplace menu, so there is no new hardware or staff training (Wolt Storefront page).
Wolt handles payments, customer support, refunds and technical issues for Storefront orders (Wolt Storefront page FAQ).
One page covers delivery by Wolt couriers, the restaurant's own fleet (Wolt Self-Delivery) or both, plus pickup and in-store "Skip the Line" QR ordering for counter pickup or table service (Wolt Storefront page).
Not commission-free, and the rates are not published: Wolt charges a percentage commission plus VAT, and possibly a Platform Fee, on every Storefront order, set in each merchant's sign-up sheet (Storefront and Marketplace Product Addenda).
The ordering page is created, operated and owned by Wolt, by default sits on Wolt's order.site address rather than the restaurant's own domain, and Wolt is an independent controller of the customer data collected on it (Storefront Product Addendum; Wolt Learning Center).
Only sold in Wolt's markets, through a sign-up form and a Wolt contact rather than self-serve, and it runs as an addendum to a Wolt merchant agreement (Wolt Storefront page; Storefront Product Addendum).
Nordic restaurants and chains that want the till, their own online store, QR table ordering and Wolt or Uber Eats orders in one system
Restolution is a Finnish restaurant POS whose cloud system includes a branded online store (RestoOnline) for takeaway and delivery, QR table ordering, self-service kiosks, kitchen displays and payment terminals. It sells to restaurants, cafés, bars, venues and chains in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Restolution gives prices on request (book a demo or request a quote); the online store takes no commission and, according to Restolution's partner Kespro, has no monthly fee of its own, while Kespro's published packages for the system and tills are monthly fees on 24-month terms.

Online payments
The online store takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Nordic digital payment methods through a third-party online payment provider that the restaurant contracts separately; the provider is not named on the product pages. The older Finnish product page (archived May 2026) listed Visa, Mastercard, online bank payments, Pivo, Siirto and MobilePay. For in-store payments Restolution offers its own RestoPay solution and lists terminal integrations with Verifone, Nets, Adyen, Softpay and Planet Pay, plus mobile and staff-benefit payments such as MobilePay, Epassi, Smartum, Edenred and Eazybreak.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
The online store, QR table ordering, kiosks and tills are one system: web and QR orders go straight to the POS and the kitchen, stock updates with each sale, and one menu change updates every channel.
Orders from Wolt, Uber Eats and the restaurant's own online store arrive in the same POS queue (Deliverect and Quickorder are also listed as integrations), and Wolt Drive delivery can be added to a Restolution online store (from €1.99 an order, Restolution said in July 2023).
No commission on online store orders, and the store also sells gift cards (a PDF with a QR code, redeemed at the till) and event tickets.
No published prices and no self-serve sign-up: restaurants book a demo or request a quote.
The online store comes with the Restolution POS system rather than as a standalone plan; Kespro's recommended prices for the system and a till start at €162 a month per location plus €122 a month per till, on 24-month terms.
Price list increases also apply to fixed-term agreements. Leaving a fixed term early costs the average monthly bill for every remaining month, and the basic fee is billed in advance and not refunded for a part period (general terms, 1 September 2025).

Finnish takeaway and delivery restaurants that want their own ordering website and branded app, paid per order or at a flat monthly fee
Foozu is a Finnish restaurant platform run by Finnapps Oy. It builds a restaurant its own website with online ordering, and it offers extra modules: a branded iPhone and Android app, loyalty, Kasa POS, a self-service kiosk, table booking and delivery with the restaurant's own drivers. It sells to restaurants in Finland on two plans with the same features: 6% of each completed order with no monthly fee, or €99 a month + VAT (an offer price; normally €120) with no commission. Payment-provider fees are charged separately.

Online payments
Online payments at checkout accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. They go through the restaurant's own merchant agreement with a supported provider, and Foozu names Paytrail and Visma Pay. The June 2026 site said switching on online payments needs an agreement with Visma Pay or Paytrail. The product pages also list Stripe and Bambora as integrations. The resources FAQ names Verifone and Nets for POS payments, plus MobilePay where supported, and says to confirm current integrations.
Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Published prices with two choices and the same features on both: 6% per completed order with no monthly fee, or €99 a month + VAT (offer price; normally €120) with no commission. The pricing page has a calculator that shows which plan costs less.
The restaurant keeps its own payment-provider agreement (Paytrail or Visma Pay online), and Foozu says it adds no transaction fee of its own.
The ordering website, branded app, Kasa POS, kiosk and booking all use one menu. Restaurants can add modules later: POS from €29, table booking €29 and driver accounts €15 each a month + VAT.
Finland only. The site lists Finland as its one market and is in Finnish, Swedish and English. Every "Get Foozu" and plan button leads to a contact form that promises a reply within 2–3 working days. There is no self-serve sign-up.
The Commission plan takes 6% of every completed order. The €99 Monthly plan is a special-offer price (normally €120 + VAT), and the fee for the ordering device is not published.
The 2026 site still shows unfinished text. Its footer says "Claims and pricing require final internal verification", and some FAQ answers quote "the supplied brief". Its figures also disagree with each other: the site now says 300+ restaurants, but the June 2026 site said over 400, and the online-ordering page shows a "€120 package" while the pricing page says €99 a month.
Large quick-service chains in the Nordics that want their own branded app, web, QR and kiosk ordering connected to their POS
Future Ordering is a Swedish white-label ordering platform that gives quick-service restaurant chains their own branded app, online ordering, QR table ordering, self-ordering kiosks and order status boards, all run from one management suite. It is built for enterprise chains such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Max Burgers, mostly in the Nordics. It is sold as a subscription after a demo with no published prices, and the company says it takes no commission or transaction fees on orders.

Guests pay online through Future Ordering's payment partners Adyen, Klarna and Planet (its partners page also lists West Pay and Nets). Methods include Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Swish, Vipps and Blik. Its card data environment is certified PCI DSS 3.2 Service Provider Level 1.
One white-labelled platform covers app, online, QR/table and kiosk ordering in the brand's own fonts, colours and user journey, and it can publish the brand's own app in the App Store and Google Play or add ordering to an existing app through an SDK (Future Ordering platform and platform features pages).
Future Ordering says it charges no commission or transaction fees on orders (Bastard Burgers customer story; Sushi Mania announcement, January 2023).
Includes onboarding, a dedicated Customer Success Manager with the subscription and 24/7/365 technical support, and orders can be placed minutes to weeks ahead (Future Ordering platform and platform features pages).
No published prices and no self-serve sign-up: restaurants book a demo to get started (Future Ordering book-a-demo page).
Aimed at enterprise chains: the company describes itself as an omnichannel ordering platform for global enterprise QSR chains, built for enterprise scale (Future Ordering company page).
Its customer references are in the Nordics and Switzerland; the company says the platform runs in 10 countries but does not list them (Future Ordering company page and customer stories).
Restaurants in Finland that want a POS, their own webshop, kiosks and delivery-app orders in one system from a local supplier
Munchi is a Helsinki company whose Munchi One POS runs a restaurant's own webshop (pickup and delivery), QR table ordering, self-order kiosks, loyalty, marketing campaigns and Wolt, Foodora and Uber Eats orders from one system. It is aimed at independent restaurants and chains, mainly in Finland. Prices are no longer published: the pricing page has been removed, and the current terms describe fixed monthly fees or percentage-based transaction fees on contracts of 12 to 48 months.

Not published. The current terms say Munchi's pricing models include fixed monthly fees or percentage-based transaction fees, and that weekly payouts are made after deducting transaction fees, commissions or other agreed charges. The archived site called the online store 'commission free delivery and pickup'.
Online payments
Munchi lists Stripe for online payments in the webshop. Munchi Pay is its own payment product for dine-in, takeaway and online orders, and table-ordering guests can pay online before or after ordering. In the restaurant, Munchi One POS works with Viva, Nets, Worldline and Stripe card terminals. The Munchi Go iPhone app takes contactless cards with Tap to Pay, plus cash and lunch vouchers. Munchi pays restaurants weekly, after deducting fees.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
The webshop, QR table ordering, self-order kiosks and the Munchi One POS share one system, and loyalty rewards work at the kiosk, the POS and the webshop.
Wolt, Foodora and Uber Eats orders, menus and sales are managed from Munchi One (the integrations page lists Bolt Food as coming soon). Webshop deliveries can go through Wolt Drive, Uber Direct or the restaurant's own drivers.
Munchi Oy publishes restaurants' own iPhone apps on the Finnish App Store: Via Tribunali's app takes delivery and pickup orders with loyalty points, Tom Yam Thai Food's lets guests order ahead for pickup or dine-in, and Qitea and Ginza Sushi Express have loyalty apps.
No current price list. The site's Pricing link returned 'page not found' on 26 September 2026, and the terms say fees are either fixed monthly or a percentage of transactions.
Contracts run for fixed terms of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months, and leaving early may bring penalties (terms and conditions, March 2025).
There is no self-serve sign-up. 'Get started' opens a contact form that asks for the number of locations, the current POS and monthly sales revenue.
Finnish pizzerias and kebab restaurants that want their own ordering website and branded apps for a flat monthly fee
FoodApp (foodapp.fi, also trading as CloudFoodApp) builds a restaurant's own ordering website and branded iPhone and Android apps, with an admin panel for confirming orders and setting ready times. It sells to restaurants in Finland; most of the 47 apps under its Finnish App Store account are for pizzerias and kebab restaurants. It charges a flat €110 a month + VAT or €1,210 a year + VAT, with no commission listed.

foodapp.fi lists Bambora online payment, card payment and mobile payment in every plan. On FoodApp-built storefronts, such as Pizza Service Mankkaa, online payments go through Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy). Customers can pay with Finnish online banking, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa and Mastercard cards, or Jousto and Fellow invoices and instalments. They can also pay on delivery.
The price is published and flat: €110 a month + VAT, or €1,210 a year + VAT. No commission on orders is listed.
Every plan includes an ordering website and the restaurant's own branded Android and iOS apps. The Finnish App Store lists 47 apps published by Foodapp OU, almost all for single restaurants, and nine of them were updated in August or September 2026.
Orders can come from the restaurant's own website and from its Facebook and Google pages. Each new order triggers a real-time alert, staff confirm it with one tap and set a ready time, and the menu can be changed from the dashboard at any time.
There is no self-serve sign-up. Every "Start Now" button on the foodapp.fi pricing table opens a request form, and the Unlimited plan is priced only on request.
The newer English site, cloudfoodapp.com, is unfinished. Its price cards are placeholders with "Lorem ipsum" text (Basic $99, Pro $199, Enterprise $399 a month), its Register and Get Started buttons lead nowhere, and several menu items point to unrelated pages. Its homepage, ordering and loyalty pages repeat text that names another vendor, UpMenu. Because of this, the site's claims (operating since 2012, clients in over 40 countries, QR table ordering, reservations, loyalty) cannot be taken as FoodApp facts.
It is unclear which company a restaurant contracts with. The App Store apps are published by Foodapp OU (an Estonian company form). The Google Play developer account, "CloudFoodApp", gives an address in the United Arab Emirates. cloudfoodapp.com names FoodApp Digital Solution - FZCO with a UAE phone number, and it also lists the same Finnish phone number as foodapp.fi. foodapp.fi publishes no company ID or terms for restaurants.
Finnish pizzerias, kebab shops and other takeaway restaurants that want a done-for-you branded app and ordering website with Paytrail and MobilePay payments, and are willing to agree the price by quote
VertaaFood is a Finnish food-ordering service from VertaaFood Oy in Jyväskylä. Besides its own ordering portal at vertaafood.fi, it builds restaurants their own ordering website and branded Android and iOS apps, with Paytrail online payments (Finnish banks, cards, MobilePay), coupons and Google and Facebook marketing; most of the roughly 60 apps it has published on the App Store are for pizzerias and kebab restaurants around Finland. It publishes no prices: its pages call the website, apps and order-receiving device free, restaurants contact VertaaFood for an offer, and what it charges restaurants is not stated.

Not published. VertaaFood's terms say it acts as reseller on its ordering portal and handles payments, and its about page names Wolt, Foodora and Uber Eats as competitors and says its platform guarantees restaurants lower fees, but no rate or fee is given.
Online payments
Online payments run through Paytrail: bank payments from Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, Aktia, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki and S-Pankki, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Google Pay and MobilePay (terms). Customers can also pay by card or cash on delivery, or pay at pickup, where the restaurant allows it (terms, App Store listings). VertaaFood's terms say it is responsible for payments on its service.
Includes: Own ordering website · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Branded app
Done-for-you branded apps: VertaaFood OY has published about 60 restaurant apps on the Finnish App Store since October 2021, the newest on 16 September 2026, and customers can also order in a web browser (App Store developer listing, applications page).
Paytrail online payments are built in (Finnish bank payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and MobilePay), plus cash or card on delivery and pay at pickup; the applications page says the restaurant does not pay separately for these payment methods (terms, applications page).
Customer rewards: restaurants can use the Annospassi stamp card, which gives the customer a code worth €8 off the next order once the restaurant's stamp target is reached, and the about page says the platform gives a coupon with every order (terms, about page).
No published price, commission or contract terms: the pages call the website, apps and device free but do not say what VertaaFood charges, so restaurants must ask for an offer (home, website and contact pages).
Customers who pay online are told of a €0.90 service fee on the restaurant's VertaaFood ordering page (Puijon Pizzeria page).
Restaurants' ordering pages run on vertaafood.fi subdomains (for example puijon-pizzeria.vertaafood.fi) and their apps are published under VertaaFood OY's App Store account, not the restaurant's own (Puijon Pizzeria page, App Store listings).
Finnish pizzerias and kebab restaurants that want their own branded ordering app and website set up for them, paid by a monthly fee rather than a commission
Ravintolaportaali (its site calls the service Ravintolasi Mobiilisovellus) is a Helsinki service from Eximedia Oy that builds Finnish restaurants, mostly pizzerias and kebab shops, their own branded iPhone and Android ordering app and a website with online ordering, offers and bonus points, for delivery or pickup. The site shows no price today, only a contact form. The last published price was a flat €107.95 a month (home page, archived April 2025), and earlier copies of the page advertised orders without commission fees.

Customers pay in advance by card, online bank or MobilePay (App Store listings), or pay cash or card on delivery or at pickup (home page and terms). Card payments run through Stripe (ravintolaportaali.fi terms) or Paytrail Oyj (Pizzapassi web store terms). Neither site publishes the rates.
Each restaurant gets its own branded iPhone and Android app, plus a website with online ordering, built to its brand (home page). Eximedia's developer pages list 40 restaurant apps on the Finnish App Store and at least 20 on Google Play, and all 20 of those Google Play apps were updated between June and August 2026.
A bonus-points loyalty programme is built in. The restaurant sets the points rate anywhere from 1% to 99% of the order value and can change it at any time (Pizzapassi loyalty terms). Restaurants can also run offers through the app (home page).
Customers can pay in advance by card, online bank or MobilePay, or pay cash or card on delivery or at pickup (App Store listings, home page, ordering terms).
No price is published today, and the site only has a contact form. The last published price was €107.95 a month (archived home page, April 2025). The July 2022 service agreement added an opening fee, usually €150.
The archived service agreement (terms updated April 2022) needs two months' notice in writing to cancel. Eximedia could change the terms with one month's notice.
Card payment costs are not published. In 2020, online prepayment added €10 a month to the fee, and the restaurant signs its own contract with the payment partner (archived home page, 2020 to 2025).
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Whether restaurants in Finland can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.

Wolt Storefront is best for restaurants already selling on Wolt in its European markets that want direct orders from their own website, social media and Google profile without new hardware, and accept a per-order commission; Restolution is best for nordic restaurants and chains that want the till, their own online store, QR table ordering and Wolt or Uber Eats orders in one system; Menuthere is best for restaurants in Finland that want their own ordering page with 0% commission and a free plan; Foozu is best for finnish takeaway and delivery restaurants that want their own ordering website and branded app, paid per order or at a flat monthly fee. The table on this page compares all 10 on price, commission and features.
Of the systems on this page, Restolution, Menuthere, Future Ordering, FoodApp, Ravintolaportaali and Odoo take no commission on orders; card processing is still charged by the payment provider. Check each system's page for its fees.
Menuthere and Odoo have a free plan. The rest start at a monthly fee or are quoted per restaurant.
