The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Malaysia.
Restaurants in Malaysia take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Eats365, Qashier and StoreHub. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 3 say they take no commission on orders and 1 has a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Asia-Pacific restaurants and multi-brand groups that want an iPad POS, their own ordering website, QR ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Eats365 is an iPad restaurant POS from Hong Kong, with online ordering sold as add-on modules: a Branded Online Store website, QR scan-to-order and the Eats365 Marketplace. It sells to restaurants in Asia-Pacific and North America, from single cafes to multi-brand groups. Online payments
The restaurant links an integrated payment gateway in the Merchant Portal. Gateways documented for the Branded Online Store include Eats365's own 365pay aggregator (Eats365 partners with Adyen for it), Global Payments and KPay in Japan. Cash on pickup and cash on delivery can also be allowed.
Has a free Biz-Lite plan for small merchants focused on online ordering. Paid plans are published and start at USD 25 a month on annual billing (Eats365 pricing page).
The Branded Online Store takes pickup, delivery, catering and QR dine-in orders plus reservations. Orders sync to the POS and kitchen display (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Eats365 Biz collects orders from third-party delivery platforms, the Branded Online Store and the Eats365 Marketplace on one Android device (Eats365 Biz page).
The Branded Online Store has no published price: it is not on the pricing page and licences are bought through the sales team. Loyalty, reservations and gift cards are also 'Contact Us' (Eats365 pricing page, Eats365 Knowledge Base).
The online store only works when paired with an Eats365 POS, Biz or Biz Lite. Scan-to-Order (BYOD) and reservations each need a separate licence (Eats365 Knowledge Base).
Delivery on the online store is available only in some countries and regions (Eats365 Branded Online Store page).
Cafés and restaurants in Singapore and Malaysia that want a POS, card payments, QR ordering and a commission-free ordering site from one provider
Qashier is a Singapore-based POS and payments company. Its QashierEats product gives restaurants their own commission-free ordering website and QR table ordering, and every order lands on the Qashier POS. It sells to cafés, kiosks and restaurants in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. It charges a POS subscription (a daily fee in Malaysia and Singapore, fixed 6-month to 2-year terms in Thailand and the Philippines), takes 0% commission on orders, and charges payment fees through its own QashierPay.

Online payments
Online payments run through Qashier's own QashierPay. Qashier holds a Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore; in Malaysia it processes through Bank Simpanan Nasional, a BNM-registered acquirer. In Malaysia, QashierEats takes Visa and Mastercard cards plus DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost. In Singapore, QR orders can be paid with PayNow, cards, Apple Pay or GrabPay. In the Philippines and Thailand, Qashier's QR ordering FAQs say orders are paid at the counter and online payment is 'coming soon', although the QashierEats pages for those countries list card and wallet payments.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
0% commission on QashierEats and QR orders. Malaysia lists the add-on at RM1.50 a day with no setup fee. In Singapore, online ordering is part of the S$5-a-day plan with no add-on fee (Qashier QashierEats pages).
Online orders, QR orders and GrabFood and foodpanda orders all arrive on the same Qashier POS terminal (QashierEats and food delivery integration pages).
Malaysia and Singapore plans are billed by the day, with no lock-in contract (Qashier pricing pages).
QashierEats and QR ordering need a Qashier POS subscription and are not sold on their own. Outside Singapore they come with the Growth plan or cost extra on Essential, for example RM1.50 a day in Malaysia or ₱590 a month for QR ordering in the Philippines (Qashier pricing and ordering pages).
In the Philippines and Thailand, QR ordering works in-store only and customers pay at the counter. Qashier says online ordering and payment there are 'coming soon' (QR ordering FAQs).
Philippine plans need an annual or 2-year term, and Thai plans a 6-month or 1-year term (Qashier pricing pages).

Cafés and restaurants in Malaysia and the Philippines that want a POS with QR table ordering and delivery or pickup ordering built in
StoreHub is a Malaysian POS company, launched in 2013, that sells to F&B, retail and service businesses in Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. Its restaurant POS includes QR Order & Pay for table ordering and Beep Delivery, an ordering link and app for delivery and pickup whose orders sync to the POS and kitchen. It charges a POS subscription (from RM122 a month in Malaysia) and takes 9% of each Beep Delivery order.

No commission is published for QR Order & Pay; StoreHub says its team explains the fees for each setup.
Online payments
StoreHub collects online payments and pays them out to the restaurant's bank account. Beep and Webstore checkouts accept cards, online banking (FPX in Malaysia) and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, depending on the country. In Malaysia, Beep also runs as a Touch 'n Go eWallet mini program. In the Philippines, QR Ph covers GCash, Maya, GrabPay and bank apps. QR orders can be set to Pay Now, Pay Later or Pay at Counter. In-store cards go through StoreHub Pay, which takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations
QR Order & Pay and Beep Delivery are ticked on every plan, from the RM122 / PHP2,249 Starter plan up. QR orders can be set to Pay Now, Pay Later or Pay at Counter (Malaysia and Philippines pricing tables; QR Order and Pay setup guide).
Beep, QR and in-store orders all sync to the same POS and kitchen display. FoodPanda, ShopeeFood and GrabFood (Philippines only) orders can also flow into the POS through an add-on (Beep Delivery page; food delivery integration guide).
Beep Delivery works with the restaurant's own riders or StoreHub's rider network: Beep Rider, GoGet, Lalamove and PandaGo in Malaysia, and Grab and Lalamove in the Philippines. It also takes self-pickup and pre-orders, with delivery zones of up to 20 km (Beep Delivery page and help guides).
Beep Delivery takes 9% of each transaction. Payment gateway fees and any StoreHub rider costs are deducted from payouts on top of that (Beep Delivery page; payout summary guide).
Online ordering is not sold on its own. It needs a StoreHub POS subscription, and Webstore needs the Advanced plan or higher. Loyalty and SMS marketing are paid add-ons on every plan (pricing pages).
StoreHub's own riders cover only Klang Valley, Penang and Johor in Malaysia, and Metro Manila in the Philippines. Outside those areas, restaurants use their own riders or another courier, or offer pickup (Beep logistics guide).
Restaurants in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong that want a branded delivery and takeaway webstore, managed riders, reservations and guest marketing in one system
Oddle is a Singapore restaurant growth platform. Its Oddle Shop gives a restaurant its own branded ordering website for delivery and takeaway, alongside reservations, queueing, loyalty and email marketing, with Oddle-managed delivery riders in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It is sold through a demo and guided onboarding in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia and the UAE, and charges a monthly plan (from S$300 a month in Singapore, with a 1-year commitment) plus a usage fee on online orders above an included amount, with payment-processing and delivery fees on top.

Usage fee on online orders: on the Singapore All Access plan, the first S$3,000 of orders a month are included and a 6.5% usage fee applies on basket size after that (pricing page). Oddle's Singapore help centre lists 10% of the food (after discounts, before GST) as the standard Oddle Shop usage fee, with card processing on the food included.
Online payments
Oddle collects online payments itself: Oddle Shop comes with credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay ready, with no separate payment provider to connect, and Stripe and PayPal payments are marked paid automatically. Payouts reach the restaurant's bank through a Stripe account set up in Merchant Admin. Offline payments such as cash on collection can be recorded by hand.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Multiple locations · Reservations
Ordering, reservations, queueing, in-person payments, loyalty and email marketing sit on one platform, and every guest who orders, books or pays is saved to one customer profile (Oddle Docs, pricing page).
Oddle Managed Logistics dispatches delivery orders to partners such as Lalamove and GrabExpress at a fixed fee by vehicle and distance, in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In Singapore, restaurants that deliver with their own team pay Oddle nothing for delivery (Oddle help centre).
Prices are published for each market. The Singapore plan includes the first S$3,000 of online orders, 500 reservations, unlimited stores and staff accounts, and 5,000 marketing credits a month (Oddle pricing page).
Not commission-free: online orders above the included amount carry a usage fee of 6.5% in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia (7% in Taiwan). The Singapore help centre lists a 10% standard usage fee on food (Oddle pricing pages, help centre).
The monthly plan needs a 1-year commitment, and the website offers no self-serve sign-up: restaurants book a demo and go through 30-day guided onboarding (Oddle pricing page).
Point-of-Sale / QR Ordering is a paid add-on from S$90 a month in Singapore, each plan covers one brand, and the online-order device needs a refundable deposit (S$150 in Singapore) (Oddle pricing page).

Restaurants and café chains get a branded ordering page and QR table ordering whose orders flow straight into the Xilnex POS, kitchen display, stock and loyalty. Customers pay online at LiveOrder checkout, and in the Xilnex Loyalty App through "a supported payment gateway", but Xilnex does not name the gateway or its rates for online orders.
No per-order commission on LiveOrder direct orders. The product page shows an RM 0 platform fee (LiveOrder page).
Online orders sync straight into the Xilnex POS, kitchen displays, stock and loyalty. Menus, prices and promotions are set once at head office and can be adjusted per outlet (LiveOrder page).
QR table ordering with fixed table QR codes or session QR codes printed from the POS. Guests can call a waiter or ask for the bill from their phone (Dynamic QR setup guide).
No published prices. Xilnex quotes each business based on outlet count, modules and hardware (home page FAQ).
No self-serve sign-up. Restaurants book a demo, and portal logins come from a Xilnex representative (help centre login guide).
LiveOrder is part of the Xilnex POS, not a stand-alone ordering site: it is switched on as a sales channel in the Xilnex Portal (LiveOrder page, Dynamic QR setup guide).
Malaysian and Southeast Asian restaurant chains that want POS, QR table ordering, kiosks, delivery-app integration and a loyalty app from one local vendor, and are happy to ask for a quote
Zeoniq is a cloud POS suite from Evoloper Sdn Bhd of Shah Alam, Malaysia, for food and beverage, retail and service businesses. Its Self-Order Service (SOS) adds QR and table ordering, pick-up and delivery orders that go straight into the Zeoniq POS and kitchen, alongside kiosks, delivery-app integration and the Doripod loyalty app. It is sold through sales consultations to single stores, chains and regional chains in Southeast Asia, and no prices are published.

Zeoniq lists cash, credit and debit cards, major e-wallets and loyalty points at the POS, and links to e-wallets and super-apps including TnG (Touch 'n Go), Alipay, Lazada and Shopee. With QR ordering, customers order and pay at the same time. The Zeoniq POS app's September 2026 release notes add DuitNow QR, Apple Tap on Phone and more payment-terminal integrations. The card processor and its fees are not named.
One vendor covers the POS (Windows, iOS and Android, with an offline mode and data sync), QR and table ordering (SOS), kiosks, a kitchen display linked to a queue screen (KDS), a back office (RMS), an owner dashboard app (Zeoniq GO) and the Doripod loyalty app with points and stamp cards (home, POS, SOS and Doripod pages).
Ready-made links to delivery apps and couriers used in Malaysia: GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood and Deliveroo; Lalamove, GoGet, pandago and Grab Express. Menus, prices and stock for each delivery platform are managed from one back end (Store Operation and Delivery Platform Integration pages).
Its coverage map lists local compliance for nine Southeast Asian countries, including SST in Malaysia, BIR registration, VAT and the senior citizen discount in the Philippines, dual-currency pricing in Cambodia and Myanmar, and Thai, Vietnamese and Khmer language (Regional Chainstore page).
No published prices: there is no pricing page, the cost question in the product FAQ only repeats the question, and POS Xpress is only described as pay-as-you-use (SOS and POS Xpress pages).
No self-serve sign-up: product pages lead to Contact Sales or a free consultation form, so any commission, card fees, hardware costs and contract terms are not public (product pages, Contact Us page).
The two case studies linked from its Clients page, for Lavender and OldTown White Coffee, contain the same template text about a grocery-company merger, not restaurant results (Clients page, both case study pages).
Singapore and Malaysia restaurants on an iPad POS that want commission-free website, QR and delivery-app orders in one system
Dinlr is a Singapore iPad restaurant POS sold module by module; its Online Order module adds an ordering website for pickup and delivery plus table QR ordering, all feeding the same system. It is aimed at restaurants, cafes, bars, food courts and food trucks, mainly in Singapore and Malaysia. It charges a flat monthly fee per module with no commission on online orders, and Online Order is S$89 a month per location on annual billing.

The restaurant links its own payment provider to take online payments. Dinlr names Stripe and iPay88 as payment partners, and the Online Order page also shows logos for GHL, KPay, NETS, Qlub and ADAPTIS. Dinlr does not process card payments itself. GrabExpress is its named on-demand delivery partner.
No commission on online orders. The restaurant pays only its payment provider's transaction fees (Dinlr Online Order page).
Prices are published in Singapore dollars, Malaysian ringgit and US dollars, with monthly or annual billing. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and no multi-year lock-in (Dinlr pricing pages).
One module covers an ordering website for pickup and delivery, pickup at a date and time the customer picks, live order tracking and a delivery radius that routes each order to the nearest outlet. It also covers fixed and one-time table QR codes. All orders go into the Dinlr POS (Dinlr Online Order page).
Online Order is a paid add-on priced per location: S$89 a month in Singapore or RM150 in Malaysia on annual billing. The POS, loyalty and delivery-app modules are each billed separately, and the pricing FAQ calls a Dinlr Waiter POS licence the smallest viable setup (Dinlr pricing pages).
Dinlr needs at least one Apple iPad or iPhone, broadband and venue-wide Wi-Fi. Card payments need a separate merchant account with the restaurant's own payment provider (Dinlr Merchant Agreement).
Cancelling part-way through a 30-day or 365-day cycle still charges the full cycle, with no pro-rata refund (Dinlr Merchant Agreement, pricing FAQ).

Malaysian restaurants, cafés and food courts that want QR table ordering and a POS from one provider, with setup and training on site
EasyEat is a Malaysian restaurant POS built around QR table ordering: diners scan, order and pay at the table and the order goes straight to the kitchen, with takeaway, delivery, loyalty, SMS marketing, inventory and multi-outlet tools in the same system. It is sold to restaurants, cafés, food courts and chains in Malaysia, and has an Indonesian site and office. Prices are not published: it is sold after a demo on a 12-month contract with a one-time setup fee, and EasyEat's blog says it charges 6.75% on delivery orders, payment gateway included.

6.75% on delivery orders, payment gateway included (EasyEat blog, September 2025). No per-order commission is published for dine-in QR or takeaway orders, but the help centre says settlement payouts deduct technology and payment gateway charges as set in each contract; rates not published.
Online payments
Diners pay online from the table, and dine-in and takeaway can be set to prepaid (help centre). EasyEat's blog says Pro lets diners pay by e-wallet, debit or credit card or QR code payment and split the bill. EasyEat collects the money and, on Pro, settles it to the restaurant the next business day. The Indonesian site lists cash, QRIS, e-wallets, mobile banking and credit cards. EasyEat does not name its payment gateways on the restaurant site.
Diners scan a table QR, order and pay from their phone; the order is auto-accepted and goes straight to the kitchen without staff (EasyEat home page).
One system covers the POS, inventory with COGS and supplier orders, staff roles and shifts, loyalty, referrals, SMS marketing, table bookings and head-office control of several outlets (EasyEat site and help centre).
Grab and Foodpanda orders can be synced into the POS, and EasyEat lists integrations with Lalamove, SQL, Ukirama and Food Market Hub (EasyEat home page, help centre).
No published prices: the licence fee is set in each signed contract, plus a one-time setup fee. QR ordering, loyalty and next-day settlement are only on the Pro tier, not Lite (merchant contract, EasyEat blog).
12-month contract that renews automatically, with 30 days' written notice and no pro-rata refund. Leaving before 3 years means returning the hardware or paying its value (merchant contract).
EasyEat takes 6.75% of each delivery order, payment gateway included (EasyEat blog, September 2025).
Whether restaurants in Malaysia can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
