Advance adds full accounting, Weborder and a QR e-menu, and Prime adds GoFood and GrabFood integration, a kitchen display and self order (pricing page).
The ordering site takes delivery with a choice of couriers or the restaurant's own courier, pickup and dine-in orders, with online payment or payment in store, and syncs stock with every sales channel. majoo says orders through the restaurant's own website carry no admin deduction (Order Online page; pricing comparison table; Prime F&B page).
Restaurants can get their own branded customer app on Google Play and the App Store, with dine-in, delivery and pickup ordering, promos, membership and loyalty points (Consumer App page).
Priced as a full POS: from Rp249,000 per outlet per month excluding VAT. Weborder and the QR e-menu start on Advance (Rp499,000), and GoFood/GrabFood needs Prime (Rp999,000) or a Rp499,000-a-month add-on (pricing page).

Many extras are billed per outlet on top of the plan: WhatsApp reports, operational or customer notifications and loyalty at Rp499,000 a month each, extra staff and access licences at Rp49,000 and terminals at Rp59,000. The branded Consumer App costs Rp75,000,000 to launch, Rp25,000,000 a year from year two and a 5% MDR per sale (pricing page; Consumer App page).
Indonesian restaurants and cafés that want a POS, table-QR ordering and their own ordering website in one system, with local card, bank and e-wallet payments
iSeller is an Indonesian commerce platform from Intersoft Solutions that combines a POS for restaurants and retail with online selling. Its F&B Online Ordering add-on gives a restaurant its own mobile ordering website for table-QR dine-in, pickup and courier delivery, and online orders go straight into the iSeller POS. Restaurants pay a monthly plan based on business size, from Rp 300,000 a month, plus paid add-ons. iSeller takes no commission, but payments made through iSeller Pay carry processing fees.

Online payments
The Online Ordering page says all online-ordering transactions go through online payment. iSeller Pay is iSeller's own payment service. It takes Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express cards, bank transfer to a virtual account, internet and mobile banking, Alfamart, Lawson and Indomaret counters, QRIS and card instalments (BCA, Maybank, Permata). Activation takes about 24 hours with no separate bank agreement. The help centre also covers GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay and Yukk e-wallets, Atome pay-later and TADA points for online payments.
One mobile ordering website takes table-QR dine-in, pickup and delivery orders. The orders go straight into the iSeller POS and can be sent on to the kitchen, so staff do not type them in twice (iSeller Online Ordering page, help centre).
iSeller takes no commission and no transaction fee, and charges no setup fee. Plans differ by size (outlets, registers and products), not by features, and every plan has unlimited orders (iSeller pricing page and FAQ).
It covers Indonesian payment methods: iSeller Pay takes cards, virtual-account bank transfers, convenience-store payments and QRIS, and the help centre covers GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay and Yukk (iSeller Pay page, help centre).
Online ordering costs extra. The pricing page lists the F&B Online Ordering add-on at Rp 300,000 per outlet a month, on top of a plan from Rp 300,000 a month. It does not say whether the add-on counts as one of a plan's free 'Premium Add-Ons' (iSeller pricing page).
It is built for Indonesia. A 2021 help-centre article names GoSend as the only instant courier for online-order delivery, the payment methods are Indonesian, and the Terms follow Indonesian law (iSeller help centre, Terms of Service).
The Online Ordering page says all online orders are paid online, so each order carries a payment fee. Through iSeller Pay that is 2.3% for a card or Rp 4,000 extra for a bank-transfer or convenience-store payment (iSeller Online Ordering page, pricing page).

Indonesian cafés and restaurants that want a full POS with QR table ordering, loyalty and GoFood/GrabFood orders in one system from a local vendor
Moka POS is an Indonesian cloud POS and cashier app from PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia, which joined Gojek in April 2020. Its Moka Order feature lets diners scan a table QR code to order and pay from their phone, and lets customers order online for pickup or delivery, with orders landing in Moka POS; GoFood and GrabFood orders can be handled in the same app. It is sold per outlet per month (Basic Rp299,000, Pro Rp499,000, Enterprise Rp799,000); Moka Order comes with Pro and Enterprise, and Moka deducts a 1.5% payment fee from each Moka Order transaction.

Moka Order dine-in orders are paid cashless from the customer's phone when they order, and Moka keeps a 1.5% payment fee before paying out; the Moka Order page does not list which payment methods diners can use. In store, Moka's payment gateway takes QRIS and e-wallet and pay-later payments: GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, DANA, OVO, Kredivo and Akulaku (payment page; App Store description), and the FAQ also lists WeChat and Alipay. Card payments in store run on GoBiz PLUS EDC terminals (App Store description).
One Moka account covers the POS, QR table ordering and online pickup and delivery orders through Moka Order, plus GoFood and GrabFood order management. Offline and online orders land in one Moka Back Office report (homepage; FAQ; online order management page; App Store description).
Moka Order has no separate subscription on the Pro (Rp499,000) and Enterprise (Rp799,000) plans, which also include cardless customer loyalty (FAQ; pricing page; customer management page).
Long-running and widely used in Indonesia: launched in February 2015, part of Gojek since April 2020, used by more than 45,000 businesses, and available in 200 areas with sales and support teams in 37 cities. The Android app has 1M+ downloads (company page; homepage; Google Play).
Moka Order is not on the cheapest plan. Basic (Rp299,000 per outlet a month) excludes QR ordering and loyalty, and table management needs Enterprise (Rp799,000) (pricing page).
On top of the monthly subscription, Moka takes a 1.5% payment fee from every Moka Order transaction (Moka Order page; FAQ).
There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and subscription payments are non-refundable under Moka's terms (FAQ; terms).
Indonesian restaurant groups and chains that want QR table ordering, their own delivery and pickup ordering link, POS, loyalty and ERP from one local vendor

The ESB Order page lists GoPay, OVO, DANA, QRIS, EDC card machines and virtual accounts. The help centre describes ESB's own 'QRIS (ESB)' method and 'Virtual Account (ESB)' at BCA, BNI, BRI, CIMB, Mandiri, Maybank and Permata. Orders can also arrive unpaid, for example cash on delivery (marked 'UNPAID' in the ESB Order Merchant app). Quick-service restaurants can use their own payment gateway through the 'External Payment' open API. ESB's FAQ says payments are powered by Orange Pay (iPay88), and its timeline says it acquired iPay88 in 2023.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
One system covers QR table ordering, an ordering link for delivery, pickup, takeaway and reservations, the POS, loyalty (ESB Loop), the ESB Core ERP and the OLIN AI app. ESB Order orders can be pushed to ESB POS automatically (ESB Order page; FAQ; help centre).
Delivery can use the restaurant's own couriers, priced with its own delivery-cost templates, or courier services such as Grab Express, GoSend, Paxel and Lalamove. Guests can schedule delivery or pickup for later the same day (help centre: Transaction Mode, Delivery Later, Take Away Later; ESB Order page).
Local payments are built in: QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA and virtual accounts at seven Indonesian banks. The POS connects to GrabFood and GoFood on the Basic plan, and to ShopeeFood as well on Advanced (help centre; FAQ; pricing page).
No price is published for ESB Order: its page offers a demo and a 'Get Best Offer' button. The pricing page covers ESB POS plans only and does not say whether ESB Order is included (ESB Order page; pricing page).
The commission terms are unclear. The same product page says both 'Zero commission fees' and 'Low commission costs', and gives no rate (ESB Order page).
Hardware is not included in the subscription, and ESB does not sell it. ESB also recommends a stable connection, with the customer network kept separate from the POS and ERP network (FAQ; ESB Order page FAQ).

Olsera's online ordering (dine-in by table QR, takeaway, delivery) supports digital payment that is linked to the POS (Self Order and restaurant pages). Olsera's digital payments use QRIS, which covers OVO, DANA, GoPay, LinkAja, ShopeePay and other QRIS apps (pricing page; Digital Payments page). In store, the POS also takes cash, bank transfer, debit and credit cards (including through a BCA EDC integration), down payments and credit (features page; F&B page). Olsera does not name a card gateway for online orders.
Low, published yearly prices: Basic Rp 1,288,000, Premium Rp 1,988,000 and Pro Rp 2,688,000, before VAT. Every plan has unlimited transactions, and Premium and Pro allow unlimited devices and staff (pricing page).
On Pro, Olsera charges no service fee on dine-in, takeaway, delivery, reservation or online orders. Pro also includes the white-label website, self order, accounting, and the franchise and monitoring dashboards (Olsera Pro page; pricing page).
Diners can scan a QR code at the table to order and pay, order takeaway or delivery from anywhere, or book a table. The orders go into the Olsera POS, which also works offline and syncs later. It has table plans and a waiter app (from Premium), kitchen and bar printing and a kitchen display (F&B page; restaurant page; features page; pricing page).
Built for Indonesia: prices are in rupiah, all listed offices are in Indonesian cities, and the sign-up form offers only Indonesia as the store's country (pricing page; FAQ; sign-up page).
Online ordering is limited on the cheaper plans. Basic has delivery ordering only, at extra cost, with no takeaway, dine-in or reservation ordering. On Premium, every ordering mode costs extra. The charge is not published, and the white-label website is Pro only (pricing page).
Basic is capped at 3 devices and the owner plus 2 staff. It runs only on Android and Windows, with iOS starting on Premium (pricing page).
Small Indonesian cafés, warungs and restaurants that want a cheap mobile POS with QR table ordering and QRIS payments
Kasir Pintar is a mobile point-of-sale app for small Indonesian businesses, including cafés, warungs and restaurants, made since 2016 by PT Kasir Pintar Internasional of Surabaya. Its Food Menu plugin adds QR table ordering and a self-order kiosk that send orders straight to the till, plus a digital menu book, and its free Olshopin web store takes pickup and courier orders. Restaurants pay flat subscriptions from a prepaid coin balance and no commission on orders: Kasir Pintar Pro costs Rp 55,500 a month and Food Menu adds Rp 38,850.

Diners who order through QR Order, QR Meja or the Kaspin Kiosk can pay by QRIS through Winpay (0.7% MDR) or pay at the counter. Olshopin web store orders are paid by bank transfer, e-wallet or QRIS (the buyer uploads proof of transfer), or in cash on pickup or at a COD meeting point. At the till, the POS takes cash, QRIS, debit cards and e-wallets. The Business Account plugin adds custom payment methods such as GoPay, OVO and GrabFood and works out their MDR automatically.
Low, published prices: a free plan, Kasir Pintar Pro at Rp 55,500 a month and the Food Menu QR ordering plugin from Rp 38,850 a month. Transactions are unlimited at no extra cost, and no commission or per-order fee is listed (pricing page; Food Menu page; FnB solution page).
Food Menu offers dine-in self-ordering three ways: a QR code created for each order, a permanent QR code on each table, and the Kaspin Kiosk. Orders go straight into the Kasir Pintar app. The restaurant chooses whether diners pay first (at the counter or by QRIS) or pay after eating (Food Menu page; help centre).
Diners do not need an app. The menu opens in the phone's browser without logging in, and changes to items, prices and photos made in the dashboard show up straight away (Food Menu page).
QR ordering is an add-on. The Food Menu plugin needs a Kasir Pintar Pro subscription. On iPhone, iPad or a computer, the Business or Desktop plugin (Rp 55,500 a month each) must be switched on first. Multi-branch management and loyalty points also need the Business Account plugin (Food Menu page; pricing page; Business Account page).
Olshopin, the free web store, is built for online shops. Delivery goes through parcel couriers or a cash-on-delivery meeting point, and the help centre says the store's own courier option is not available yet. Buyers must log in with an Olshopin account to order (Olshopin page; online selling page; help centre).
Indonesia only. Prices are in rupiah and the terms fall under Indonesian law. To sign up for QRIS, owners must provide an Indonesian ID card (KTP) and a bank book, and the help centre estimates 5 to 14 working days for Winpay approval (terms; help centre).

No percentage commission is published. Orders through the Digiresto ordering page carry a transaction fee of Rp 2,500 per order, before MDR (help centre, updated 7 October 2022). No fee is published for Pawoon Order QR ordering.

In the restaurant, Pawoon records cash, cards through any bank's EDC terminal, split payments, instalments and the GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA and LinkAja e-wallets (pricing page; POS features page; FAQ). On the Digiresto ordering page, the customer gets payment instructions on WhatsApp, or pays at the till for dine-in and takeaway, and Digiresto pays the money into the bank account registered with Pawoon the next day (help centre, 2022). In the help centre's Pawoon Order steps, the diner pays at the till.
Published prices and a free-forever plan: up to 500 transactions a month for one outlet, after a 14-day trial with all features (pricing page, archived May 2025; FAQ; help centre).
Two ways to take orders straight into the POS. With Pawoon Order, diners scan a QR code, order from their phone and pay at the till; once the cashier accepts, the kitchen ticket and bill print automatically. Digiresto gives the restaurant an ordering link and QR code for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with courier tracking and order alerts on WhatsApp (help centre, 2022 to 2023).
Connects to GrabFood orders, GoSend and GrabExpress delivery, the GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, DANA and LinkAja e-wallets, and Jurnal and Accurate Online accounting (homepage; integrations page; FAQ).
Digiresto online orders cost Rp 2,500 each plus MDR, Digiresto is not offered on the free plan, and payouts wait until the balance reaches Rp 50,000 (help centre, updated 7 October 2022).
Indonesia only: prices are in rupiah, support is on an Indonesian hotline (1500 360), and the terms fall under Indonesian law with BANI arbitration (terms; Hybrid.co.id, 2021).
Billed for 1, 6 or 12 months at a time, nothing is refunded if the restaurant cancels early, and late payment can freeze the account. Vouchers and loyalty need the Pro plan (terms; help centre).
Indonesian restaurant chains and franchises that want the POS, their own online ordering, QR table ordering and delivery-app orders in one system
Runchise is a cloud POS and restaurant management system from PT Teknologi Kuliner Kekinian, a Jakarta company founded in 2022, aimed at restaurant chains and franchises in Indonesia. Besides the POS it offers a commission-free online ordering store on the restaurant's own link, QR table ordering with pay-at-table, and official GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood integrations. Prices are not published: restaurants book a demo or contact sales, then pay a subscription per outlet in advance.

With QR dine-in, guests pay from their phone at the table with GoPay, OVO, QRIS, debit or credit cards (QR Dine In page). At the till, the POS takes cash, cards, QRIS and e-wallets. For its own subscription bills, Runchise says it may use a third-party payment gateway, without naming one (terms 4.7). Runchise does not name the gateway or the rates behind online-store payments.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
Commission-free ordering channel: restaurants take delivery and takeaway orders on their own store link, which can use a custom domain (Runchise blog, March 2026). Orders go straight to the right outlet and kitchen, the menu follows stock in real time, and delivery can go through integrated courier partners or the restaurant's own riders (Online Ordering page; homepage).
One system covers POS, official GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood integrations, TikTok GO voucher redemption, QR dine-in with pay-at-table, self-service kiosks, a kitchen display, reservations with deposits and a digital waitlist, loyalty, supply chain and accounting (homepage; Online Delivery, QR Dine In and Reservation pages).
Runchise prices per outlet, not per user, so staff can be added freely. Implementation and staff training are free (homepage).
No published prices. Every page's main button is 'Jadwalkan demo' (schedule a demo), and the sign-up button ('Daftar') opens a WhatsApp chat with sales rather than a self-serve account (homepage).
Runchise's own comparison page rates it 'kurang cocok' (less suitable) for small businesses (UMKM). It says Runchise is aimed at enterprise F&B, chains and franchises, with a more complex setup and a longer time to go live (archived comparison page, June 2026).
The subscription is paid in advance per outlet, and Runchise is not obliged to refund it under any circumstances. Some packages also require buying Runchise hardware (terms 4.1, 4.2 and 4.7).
Indonesian cafes, restaurants and food courts that want QR order-and-pay, an ordering link and a POS in one app without a monthly fee
Opaper is an Indonesian app for restaurants and cafes that combines a POS, QR order-and-pay at the table, an online menu and ordering link for delivery and pickup, inventory, customer data, a kitchen display and self-order kiosks. It is built for Indonesian food and drink businesses, from single cafes to franchises and food courts, and since 31 December 2025 the product belongs to eDOT. It advertises no monthly fee and no commission, but charges a per-transaction app service fee (amount given by sales) plus payment handling fees, and its homepage says subscriptions start from Rp3 million.

Commission
No percentage commission: Opaper advertises delivery orders and its online shop 'tanpa komisi' (without commission). It does charge a per-transaction app service fee (see per-order fee).
Online payments
Online payments run through Xendit: QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay), bank transfer or virtual account (BRI, Mandiri, BNI, Permata, Bank Sampoerna) and Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards. Cash and EDC debit are paid at the counter, for pickup and dine-in only. Cashless payments go to Opaper's account and are paid out to the restaurant's bank account on a schedule.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · WhatsApp ordering or updates · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Reservations
One app covers QR order-and-pay at the table, an online menu and ordering link for delivery and pickup, the POS, inventory, customer data, loyalty points, discounts, reservations with a deposit option, a kitchen display and kiosks. Guests order in the browser without installing an app, and orders print to the kitchen (homepage; website, QR code, reservation and loyalty pages).
Delivery can go through 13 Indonesian couriers, including GoSend, Grab Express, Paxel, AnterAja, SiCepat and JNE, with Opaper calculating shipping and booking the courier, or through the restaurant's own couriers at a flat fee and radius it sets (homepage FAQ; help centre: Pilihan Jasa Pengiriman, Kurir Pribadi).
Works with delivery apps: a GrabFood account can be connected to manage its menu, vouchers and orders in Opaper, GoFood orders now show in the POS app, and GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood sales can be recorded in the same reports (help centre, July 2024; Google Play release notes, September 2026; App Store description).
The per-transaction app service fee is not published; the help centre says to ask the sales team. Payment handling fees are also charged to the restaurant: QRIS 0.7%, e-wallets 1.5%, bank transfer Rp4,500, cards 3% + Rp2,000 (help centre).
Pricing is unclear: the homepage FAQ says subscriptions start from Rp3 million without saying per what period, while the POS page says there is no monthly fee and the help centre says features are free. Device bundle prices were removed from the product page (homepage; POS page; product page and its archived copy).
Cashless payments are collected into Opaper's account and paid out on a schedule; a withdrawal outside the schedule costs Rp5,000 (help centre; payments page).
Whether restaurants in Indonesia can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
